   I came to look at sports bras and Alessia (sorry if I've misspelt the name!) was amazing. Super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very accommodating. She advised me on what would be best as they didn't have my size and I still came away with lovely running shorts. Thank you for such a wonderful shopping experience!

   Such a shame that we had such an awful experience here. Reading the reviews makes me wonder what happened. I have shopped at Sweaty Betty for years, and was greeted (at my local!) store for the first time with rudeness. It felt like they did not think we belong. Very stand offish, despite us trying to make conversation and have a chat whilst I browsed. Felt like a total inconvenience and very uncomfortable so did not buy anything. The High Street Kensington store is totally different, and could convince anyone to spend a lot thanks to their brilliant customer service. Do better!
