Lovely shop and products, I went there looking for a dress for my niece and the staff was very nice and so helpful.
Glad I found the reviews so I know it’s not just me. I left feeling sad at the rudeness of the staff. One followed me to the back and unnecessarily tidied a clothes rail while watching me. The scraping hangers woke my napping toddler. We chose a car toy and I waited by the till to be served. Nobody came, despite the staff standing near by chatting. One eventually said “are you alright madam?”…surely standing by the till is clue enough that I need serving. Very rude- I won’t be spending any more money in there.
Absolutely horrible manager, so rude. I don’t know who on earth she thinks she is. Not willing to help and tone is extremely patronising when communicating. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Extremely rude staff. The products are lovely, but every time I shop there the staff is beyond unpleasant. Also my mother come with me once and she was shocked. If they are not happy there, they should work in another place. It’s not nice to get in such a lovely children shop having this experience. I am surprised the staff is always the same with all these negative comments they receive. It’s a kids shop, smile and be nice!
Avoid at all costs. Cheap defective rubbish and zero customer service. I had to claim a refund through PayPal. Broke distance selling laws by refusing to pay for return postage on faulty items.
Adore this store for my Grand Daughter's supplies! And there’s always a warm friendly smile from Patricia Whom I find both professional & kind.
Lovely shop . But I cannot stress enough , how rude the staff in that shop is . The girls are so problematic , even though you spend money , they make your experience so difficult. Anything you ask for , the make faces . They never smile and body language shows , that they clearly don’t want to be there ! My sister had the same experience, she went there with her sons and was firmly told at the door , for the boys ‘ not to touch anything ‘. Something has to change ! Otherwise there will be no customers wanting to ever go there ...
Shocking service. Don’t buy unless you are 100% sure to keep it!! I am visiting London for the weekend. Yesterday I bought an expensive shirt from BonTon. When I went to return it today, they were very rude and unaccomodating. They were only willing to issue a credit note for that specific store (which is an issue if you’re a tourist). If I had known that their exchange policy was so restrictive, I would never have bought from them. I expected an international brand such as BonTon would be more customer focused. In addition, the attitude of their staff was abominable - they had made the sale and they couldn’t care less thereafter.
