   A soft play with engaging and friendly staff who clearly enjoy what they do. The combination of music and movement is good. However, the facilities are expensive and I always question how it is justified. An annual fee plus monthly membership is required for one class per week! The ‘toys’ in the outside play area are very poor, just broken fragments, very old and tired. Many books but again they are old and no board books so they’re not suitable for all age groups. Hygiene measures don’t seem to be in place; As example, balls get thrown out and put back without sanitation, corners of the room gather dust. I probably wouldn’t mention this if I wasn’t for paying a premium. Further, the communications are so confusing and complicated. The staff agree. With timetables changing per half term a simpler system could be implemented I am sure.

   We’ve been going to The Little Gym with my daughter for two years now, and we couldn’t be happier. The classes are fun, engaging, and thoughtfully designed to support children’s development at every age. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and professional — they truly create a warm and welcoming environment. We highly recommend The Little Gym to any family looking for a great place for their child to grow, learn, and have fun!

   We are loving Little Gym and have been members since 2022 since our daughter was 2! The staff and facilities are exceptional and although it might seem expensive compared to other clashes the flexibility is so useful as they are always accommodating with swapping and banking classes which helps so much as things always come up. It’s a really nice place for parents and we’ve made many friends there.

   My two children enjoy the Little gym Chiswick so much. The teachers there made all the difference - they are jewels! Emma, Jeremy, Scott, Craig and Sara…i am sure the others too just my girls don’t attend their classes. They are loving, caring, child-oriented, highly skilled, charismatic and full of life! My girls (a toddler and a baby) are very different in their personalities but the teachers can always find a way to keep them engaged and fascinated. The girls learned so much whilst having fun. It’s a very rewarding experience.

   Appalling customer service! We tried to book our child’s birthday party with the little gym Chiswick but they were so unresponsive that despite trying to confirm the date for 3 days (multiple emails, chase emails and calls) they said they had already given the slot to someone else. They were quite unapologetic and offered nothing to try and rectify the situation. After this terrible service and lack of communication for days at a time I would NOT trust them with booking / organising / running future birthday parties.

   Baby Gym offers excellent and outstanding activities in a safe,nurturing environment with trained, wonderful and enthusiastic supportive staff. As a grandmother, I find this an amazing safe provision, where little ones are encouraged to develop motor skills with confidence in happy, challenging ways with a varied programme of fun activities. Thank you! I highly recommend! Well done Marlene for heading such a super team!

   Absolutely love this place. My son and daughter both attend classes and have been for years. All the teachers are so enthusiastic and also so caring towards the kids. The teachers have so much respect from all the kids in the class - I've never seen so many children sit still and listen so carefully to instructions. The equipment and the way the classes are run are suitable for any child to join in, they don't have to be 'professional gymnasts' and everyone is encouraged to try everything. Both my children's confidence have grown enormously from being in these classes.
