   Very good location for a city trip to London! It is next to the train station. We had a good stay with a family of five. We had two rooms in opposite of each other. Quite handy. Friendly staff (especially astha from the bar) and clean rooms (although some other reviews say the rooms are not clean, for us it was all tidy). Only the sofa bed matress is really hard, so something to improve on. But all in all definitely recommended for a city trip!

   Location was convenient located beside Greenwich station. Sainsbury 3 minutes walk away. Breakfast spread was ok. Restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. Parking available but need to pay £25 per day. However the room was really stuffy. Aircond was not working. Told the reception, they sent a technician to fix it, to no success. Was warm in the room and stuffy despite standing fan was provided. Housekeeping didn’t do a good job. Didn’t make the bed, neither clear the tissue and dust/rubbish on the floor. Just cleared the bins and changed the towels. Quite disappointing for a brand such as Novotel.

   Novetel Greenwich offered a lovely welcome from the moment we arrived. Great value parking made things convenient, and the breakfast delivered to our room was excellent. The bathroom was spotless and modern, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, a really pleasant stay.

   Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in October. What I liked: 1. The hotel is well located, easy to get to the city centre by train. Greenwich itself also seemed safe and quiet. Recommend. 2. Large room compared to value for money in London What I didn't like: 1. The hotel is under renovation until 31 December 2025, not mentioned in the booking. Construction work started from 10am. If I wanted to sleep longer or just chill in the room for a whole day, I wouldn't be able to do it. 2. The room was outdated and worn out, and it smelled strongly of cigarettes, even though the windows were open all the time. At first, I was very upset, but then I stopped noticing it because the hotel location was convenient for me. 3. The room ran out of soap, so I asked the receptionist to add more. The cleaner probably forgot, so I asked again the next day, and they finally added it.

   Our first stay in a Novotel. Room could do with a makeover but it's clean and comfortable, nicely serviced. Assisted room, does the job. Huge telly! Room overlooking the square at Greenwich Station, nicely soundproofed and excellent blackout curtains. Decent bar, 24hr which is a rarity these days [nb no draught beer after midnight when the regular barstaff finish], no ale but to be expected.

   AMAZING location next to the train station. Really loved the breakfast buffet despite it being chaos. Good soundproofing in the rooms and beautiful smart TV in the rooms. The carpets look very dated but everything else looks upgraded and nice. Worth the money and will be coming back

   Stayed here for 1 night and didn't use the bar or restaurant, so can't comment on those. Staff were also polite and friendly. The location is excellent. The room however, wasn't great. There was a thin layer of dust on most surfaces. The walls had a few minor holes in them (probably where a shelf or similar was previous attached to the wall, but they didn't repair it after removing). The carpet was also pretty stained and old. The toilet is in a separate room away from the bathroom, so you can't wash your hands right after going. The bath and shower itself were fine, just a little old, with bits of rust and limescale. Unfortunately we also encountered a silverfish in the bath tub as we were about to leave, but these pests can get everywhere, so not neccessarily the fault of the hotel. All in all, it wasn't a great experience staying here, but definitely not the worse. There were also building works going on during our stay, so perhaps they are working on refurbishing everything.

Super spots around and very well located. All convenience are closed to the hotel

   Lovely hotel, even tho the train station was directly behind our room you couldn’t hear them going past. Beds lovely and comfortable and had a good night sleep. I’m a coeliac and the staff in the restaurant for breakfast got my breakfast freshly cooked for me. They have a dedicated corner by the buffet for gluten free food and also a toaster. Unfortunately someone put normal bread in it and when I told the waitress she immediately took the the toaster away for a deep clean. Returned in the evening for a meal and again the staff were fantastic with my gluten allergy going above and beyond to meet my needs. Will definitely return to this hotel again

   The restaurant and the bar and all the ground floor area is amazing. The room is pretty basic according to the Novotel 4 star standards. I appreciate the fact that the room is taken care of every single day. But what the hotel should do is change the very stained carpet in both the rooms and the halls and make sure there's no stains on sofas and chairs.
