“I have two cats, 9 and 7yrs, who had only ever known our home. I was incredibly stressed and nervous looking for somewhere for them to live for a week whilst we were between houses. Emma at Longcroft did a great job talking at length through how they looked after their guests, reassuring me my babies would be absolutely fine. And they were! The set up is fab, the pamper options are so cute(!), and they settled in pretty quickly, especially our most anxious baby. Emma sent photo updates to reassure us and after a couple of days I stopped stressing, which was down to Emma, her team, and the fab little luxury hotel she runs. I would definitely recommend!”

“My two Tonkinese spoilt babies boarded at Longcroft when I had a short break away. Robbie sent me lots of reassuring photos and reports which were appreciated. They stayed in an extra large suite so had space to move around. I would definitely use the cattery again - if only I can find a vacancy in their busy bookings!”

“This is a hidden gem. The staff are just brilliant. So friendly and welcoming. Welcome nibbles of olives and crisp are given on arrival. 3 course set menu with a good choice and the food is beautiful. The decor is lovely and it’s very charming.”

“Rooms simple, but have everything you need. It was so clean. Roy was extremely welcoming and had everything under control. Location was perfect for me, quiet area, plenty of room to park my van. 20 minute walk into Farnham Common where pubs and restaurants are. Loved it, would stay again.”

“The hidden gem in Wandsworth. Here for a business trip and I had an impressive 4-night stay at Spread Eagle. Although there’s no lift but the amenities and the room itself were just what I expected. Well decorated, Quite, and the bed was super comfy. Oh, Lovely and friendly staff as well. Unluckily, I haven’t had a chance to try the breakfast. The location might be a consideration if you are looking for somewhere close to a tube station. It’s about 10-12 minute walk from Wandsworth Town station, or around 20 minutes from East Putney Station plus a bus ride. However, the best choice if you want to stay away from busy area. I’d love to stay here again if I had the opportunity.”

“The Brewers Inn is our new favourite place to stay in London. Stylish and welcoming, perfectly located, lovely staff. My daughter and I stayed over the period of a family bereavement, and the staff could not have been more caring and kind. We will be back, thank you ❤️”

“If only I could give this hotel 10 stars. I am incredibly impressed with the customer orientation of Wilde Aparthotel Paddington, and particularly Guest Relations Manager Waris Boryali. We left a valuable item at the hotel after our most recent stay. Wilde, Waris, and team went above and beyond to secure our item and work with a courier service I hired to get the item back to us. Critically, their cleaning staff turned our item in. Additionally, Waris went out of his way to ensure that our item was packaged and safely kept for the courier pick up. He remained in touch with me consistently to give me updates about the item - he was incredibly responsive. The hotel has a WhatsApp messenger feature that is so convenient. I am absolutely indebted to these consummate professionals! We have stayed there annually and will continue to do so - you cant get rid of us now! And P.S. - the rooms are super cute with kitchenettes and sleeping accommodations to fit all needs. The hotel is ideally situated to walk, tube, bus or cab to all corners of London. “Had such a lovely stay here! The room was so cosy, modern, and spotlessly clean. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond, they even left champagne, beer, and a birthday card for my partner, which was such a thoughtful touch! The location is ideal too, just a short 5-minute walk to the tube, making it so easy to get around London. Would definitely stay here again!”

From the moment I walked in, the hotel left a strong impression. The space is stunning, beautifully maintained, and filled with thoughtfully curated artwork and displays that give it a creative, modern, and inviting atmosphere. It’s clear that great care goes into every detail of the environment. A special mention must go to Brianna from the Events team, who was an absolute standout throughout the entire process. From our initial email exchanges, she was prompt, professional, and incredibly supportive, helping us explore options that aligned with our budget and event needs. Upon visiting the venue, she was warm, welcoming, open, and genuinely kind — a pleasure to meet and work with. Her dedication, attitude, and customer-focused approach make her a real credit to the company. Although we chose a different route for reasons specific to our own internal planning, I would highly recommend Bankside Hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality venue with exceptional service. “Very stylish hotel in central location with top transport links. Rooms are quiet and beds are great. Lots of Amenities , pool and spa are icing on the cake. Service is top. Only two small things to fault during our stay - the Aircon seems to reset when u leave the room and was always cold on return , had to turn temperature back up and we had a lovely view but very dirty widows. Go and find the hidden lovely hotel bar around a corner”

“Convenient location right next to Hendon tube station with free parking for guests. The room has everything that is needed and all details are very well thought, with extra toiletries. Tea and coffee making facilities available in the room, also hot chocolate!”

“I had the most amazing stay here for my birthday. The hotel was unique with stunning decor - highly unusual but brilliant. The hotel had made every effort to recognise the occasion - the room was aptly decorated with balloons and a handwritten message on the mirror. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice - a lovely buffet selection. My dietary needs were catered for (gluten/dairy free). The hotel is situated in Islington - a very short walk to the canal. A morning walk along the canal to Canary Wharf and back along the Thames Path was the best start to the day! There are some beautiful spots along the canal to stop for a coffee or bite to eat - these are within a 5 minute stroll from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel - it made a really nice change to stay somewhere a little different/unique.”

“My stay at the Ruby Lucy Hotel in London was really good. Not just because of the very nice and clean rooms and central location but especially because of the outstanding service. A special thank you goes to the morning team: Su, Chiara, and Gustavo. It's was so nice how warm, friendly, and attentive they are with the guests. From the very first interaction in the morning, I felt right at home. They are not just professional but genuinely kind, always with a smile and really like their jobs and are a great team.”

“Location was amazing for us, the view couldn't be better(1 bedroom apartment for 4 people). Clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds all great. Would be nice to have some oil for cooking additionally to salt and paper, but not a problem to buy It was nice to have a washing machine, my preference though would be to replace it with a dishwasher (but there are so many food options around that we were eating somewhere else mostly)”

“I’ve stated twice at their apartments in Brixton. Great location and modern apartments. Good value for money, very clean and all the amenities were great. Good iron, fan, hairdryer. The temperature of the studio was great. The apartment was a little cool, so I sued the electric heater and it was great. The apartment I stayed had a full kitchen and washing machine and dish washer, which were super useful.”

What stood out most was the staff, who were exceptional in every way, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made the entire service feel effortless and refined. A perfect afternoon and truly one of the best tea experiences in London.”

“Went for a birthday breakfast at the Royal Lancaster hotel, I had the breakfast buffet and was very happy with everything, the service was great, the breakfast options were plenty, with sweet and savoury there was something for everyone, please note if you’re Muslim you’ll have to request halal sausages from the kitchen as the ones out aren’t halal but glad there’s an option for that. The French toast was also amazing. Marcelina, Mounir and Ayska were lovely and very attentive throughout our breakfast, thank you again.”

“I had a great stay at Adagio Sutton. Great hotel equipped with contemporary facilities. Rooms are very cleaned , good breakfast and beds are extra comfortable. Location wise Sutton train station is in a stone’s throw away distance. There’s a train goes to central London in every two minutes. There are a bunch of nice bars, cafes & restaurants nearby. Above all hotel staffs are very friendly & professional. Their customers service are second to none. I recommend this hotel & I had already made a reservation for next summer.”
