“I stayed here during the Women's Rugby World Cup (Sept 2025) as my usual hotel was full. I was unsure at first having not stayed here before though being familiar as I've had lunch a few times prior to being Warner. The room was clean, fresh and well appointed. Everything you need and with a superb view of the river. Any noise from the nearby road or Heathrow dims intonrhe background when windows are closed. The food at both dinner and breakfast is superb either in the Market Kitchen (buffet style) or Brasserie (served). I'd recommend trying both. Range of options are available and all dietary needs can (and will) be accommodated. Each evening, there is live entertainment provided. For us it was sounds of the 80s and then Billy Black Band. Absolutely superb with at seat service of drinks available. The gym, pool and spa are spot on whether you want a light pleasure pampering or fitness. I was very impressed. The staff cannot do enough to help, always carry a smile, and clearly know what they are doing. The easiest analogy I can make is it's a cruise ship on land. And a bloomin good one. This wasn't a planned stay but I will definitely be back. Very impressed.”

“We had such a lovely time at Woodlands Park Hotel. Before we arrived Aysha from reception called me to ensure everything would run smoothly. She ensured we had adjoining rooms and was so welcoming when we arrived. The excellent service continued at dinner and also breakfast. Portions were amazing and honestly could not fault anything. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious and we would definitely recommend. Thank you to all the staff who were extremely attentive.”

“I stayed here for a Dimash Qudaibergen concert on the 12th Nov, 2025 at the Ovo. The hotel was filled with dears (fans) from accross the world. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfie. Breakfast was also amazing, fresh variety of food, good value for money. Overall great hotel I can recommend.”

“Great stay, lovely staff. Clean modern room. Nice pool. Breakfast not too busy even at peak time and hot fresh food. Location not particularly close to much public transport but that won’t be an issue for everyone”

“Amazing hotel and great service. The rooms are so clean and comfortable. We booked the king guest room and the reception gave us a complimentary upgrade to the executive suite. So appreciated. The beds in these rooms are huge and so comfortable. Such a great experience. Will always be booking the Hilton Wembley for every event we attend in future.”

“Great hotel with a good breakfast. My wife and I stayed here with our 2 grandchildren overnight as we were going to the near by Harry Potter world. Only 20 minutes away. Comfy beds , clean, and great walk in shower with soap/ shampoo / shower gel provided. Also a note saying if you’d forget necessary items ie razor, sanitary towels, toothbrush that the hotel would provide these as a courtesy”

“I had a genuinely excellent stay at ibis Styles London Ealing, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, modern, and well cared for. After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. I especially appreciated the small personal touches, a welcome card waiting in the room and a little chocolate, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Another thoughtful detail that really impressed me was the complimentary pastries available one of the evenings I was there, along with free orange juice for guests. It’s a small gesture, but it adds a warm, generous feel to the hotel and shows real attention to guest experience. The room was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and calm. Everything felt well organized and cared for, and it’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. I would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and thoughtful touches throughout.”

“The Abbey Point Cafe is part of the hotel. Just had a full English breakfast. Very tasty, very filling, quick service and only cost a tenner with tea and toast. Toilets very newly renovated and clean. First visit and will happily return next time i'm in Park Royal.”

“A great premierrr inn, a stable hotel with high cleanliness and attentive staff. The location is great, 10 minute walk from the train station, close the supermarkets (Sainsbury’s across the road). There is a gym opposite the road (The Gym). Very close to many bars, and restaurants with a theatre just two minute walk away. Attached is a steakhouse, brilliant menu and great food. Price is very reasonable for the quality of the food you receive.”

“I don’t regularly post google reviews but I was so impressed by the weekend I’ve just spent with a group of friends at Nutfield that I felt compelled to tell others. It’s a 4 star hotel but the service is most definitely 5 stars. The friendliest and most helpful staff I can remember coming across at a hotel. We were quite a demanding bunch but nothing was too much trouble.”

“Clean, quiet, and amazing employees. We loved this hotel all 6 nights that we were there. I would definitely stay there again. And the grocery store basically right under it was also nice. You should definitely consider staying in here in ealing if visiting London. It is a charming town with extremely easy access to the city.”

“We stayed here for seven nights during the second week of Wimbledon. The hotel is fun and festive, it is a pub, so it is Lively downstairs, but the festivities always ended by midnight. All the people working there were super nice, and the food that we ordered was great. Would definitely stay there again.”

“This is the happiest I've ever been at a hotel. Stayed for 6 nights. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Pillows were fantastic (two size options - yay!). The staff is so friendly. Easy check-in and check out. You are close to your neighbors but I didn't hear anyone. The window opened all the way for fresh air. There was also the Eur slot vent with the option to open or close, and an A/C (though I didn't try the A/C). The TV included a handful of channels and the option to login with Netflix. The blackout curtains worked really well (helpful for jet lag). Hot water was hot, water pressure was great. Waterfall and hand held showerheads. The location is walkable to two different train stations. Even in the middle of the night people were walking the streets regularly. It felt very safe. Local pubs had friendly vibes. Hotel bar had travelers in it regularly working or sipping on cocktails. Room came with cotton rounds (yay!), Qtips, shower cap (yay!), hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, conditioner from a good brand. Iron was available on request. Laundry services are a one-day turnaround, drop off morning, get it back at night. Sink basin closes should you need to hand wash. Complimentary tea and coffee in the room. The tea was particularly yummy. The coffee was Nepresso with a variety of pods. The fridge included snacks and alcohol for cost, prices listed. The room also has a safe. The whole hotel was very clean. To set expectations, the room is smaller compared to maybe what someone in the US would be used to (it's London after all). Hangers and one small drawer for your clothes. No full length mirror and no where to place anything in the shower (ie your razor). The shower's a bit tight. No lifts (again it's London) but they are happy to help you with your bags. This place just had a great vibe and getting a good night's sleep is such a privilege when traveling. Highly Recommend.”

“I loved this place! Quirky, luxe, and great location. The price is $$$$ especially converting from AUD dollars. The room and it's bathroom I had was small but the decor, bed and location made up for that.”

“Gorgeous, spacious, quiet and comfortable room and lovely pub. The only suggestions I'd make are putting better lighting near either of the mirrors in the room, as applying make up was a little difficult without decent light. Also putting a few more plant milk sachets as they are so small and two for two guests wasn't sufficient. Everything else was smashing and I would highly recommend.”

“We relcoated to London for an extended period and while we were looking for permanent housing we stayed at Sanctum - it was just perfect for what we needed. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious - and was equipped with everything we needed. But equally as impressive was the staff - all were incredibly helpful and pleasant. “We attended a wake here. The staff were polite, respectful and attentive. Parking was easy. The hotel is beautiful, immaculately clean, in a stunning location and had a relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent quality and delicious. (We didn't use or see the bedrooms.)”

“Helpful and friendly staff. When we arrived we thought we had booked a street view room however our room was at the back of the hotel. The staff were quick to move us to a street view room. We will definitely be back when we visit again. Lovely hotel and great staff!”

“Stunning exterior and interior of the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and they have this victorian feel to it. Granted it is not the biggest for the price (Around £190/245usd a night). The only complains were the room doors arent exactly sound proof. You can hear when your neighbours come back and you can hear if people are talking right outside. Probably because the room i stayed in(241) has a visible gap underneath the room door. The ventilation in the bath room dont seem to work well, if you take a hot shower, it fogs up the toilet pretty badly. I mentioned it to the counter staff for maintenance to check and was quickly brushed off with its normal, its like that. The location wise is excellent. It is literally right beside Gloucester station which has Piccadilly line to Heathrow airport. Great connectivity via Central/district lines to the city centre as well. There is a Tesco express just opposite and a larger Sainsbury's supermarket around a 8 mins walk away. Multiple food options are within stone throw. Just the location alone deserves 5 stars. Overall I had a rather pleasant stay.”

“Great spot close to both Chalk Farm tube and The Roundhouse, friendly staff at check in and check out. Room was “cosy” but functional. Bathroom clean and tidy and shower was a great pressure. A little noise from the pub downstairs but it wasn’t intrusive.”

“I used to stay at Mayfair House...the difference is clear..the location is great because with the St johns wood high street going into town most times may not be necessary. If u have a vehicle the underground parking is also first class...to me its a 5 star apartment hotel!”

“I arrived with my family, and we were treated like VIP's. We were asked just to wait a few minutes in the lounge, then we were lead through a secret bookcase down the candle lit stairs into a Harry Potter themes room.Both my daughters immediately loved it. The staff were very good and happy. The beds were so comfortable and both my daughter had great sleeps. The breakfast was good and more than enough.”

“I loved everything. The hotel is 5 minutes from Pimlico underground station and a 10-minute walk from Victoria station. Very clean, it feels more like staying with family than in a hotel. I love the very British lounge. We sat down for breakfast, which was kindly offered to us. Excellent concierge service, super friendly and helpful. We'll be back again at the end of October. Thanks to all the staff.”

“What a lovely hotel in such a great location, everywhere was easy to walk to, lots of things to see and do in the area and easily accessible. Check in was extremely friendly and all the staff were very attentive. We had a few drinks in the bay where the staff were also very attentive and helpful. Rooms were a nice size with everything we needed…. Except a kettle and tea making equipment or so we thought… partner found it in a drawer just before we left! We had even gone for an early morning walk just to get a cuppa and presumed the hotel had gone down the American route if just providing coffee…. Just a suggestion but it would have been helpful to have been told about the location of tea making equipment or a sign somewhere in the room. Likewise I didn’t find the mirror until we left either! Other than this it was great, a lovely comfy bed with very nice bedlinen. Nice toiletries in the bathroom and it was nice to have a separate bath and shower. Would definitely stay again”
