  1. The Ground Below ★★★★★

Great location if you have to be in Wembley! The staff here were all very friendly and efficient. Room was good, spacious enough for what I needed, clean, comfortable and had a good shower. Under a 5 minute walk away from Wembley Park Tube station and Wembley stadium. Plenty of retail/food outlets available in the immediate area.

Great Hilton in a very nice location. Very cousy rooms with a very confortable bed. Good Gym... Breakfast with lots of options.... the only but of this hotel is the lobby.. I don't know why in such a big space there weren't chairs to seat when you need to wait for someone...

Amazing hotel and great service. The rooms are so clean and comfortable. We booked the king guest room and the reception gave us a complimentary upgrade to the executive suite. So appreciated. The beds in these rooms are huge and so comfortable. Such a great experience. Will always be booking the Hilton Wembley for every event we attend in future.

The Hilton London Wembley has perfected the art of hospitality. From the warm welcome to the seamless check-in, you're made to feel at home immediately. The service from the staff is exceptional at every turn. The hotel’s own venues—SkyBar 9, The Association, and Icons—are superb for a relaxing drink or a quality meal. The hotel's prime location truly shines on event days. It masterfully provides a tranquil retreat from the vibrant energy of the crowds heading to the Arena and Stadium, while still placing you at the heart of the excitement. It’s the best of both worlds. A brilliant experience in an unbeatable location. I can't recommend it enough!

Really nice Hotel in a perfect location! We had a gig at the Ovo Arena and it's literally 3 minutes walk away at worst! Hotels really nice throughout, with a beautifully designed foyer with plenty of sports memorabilia displayed in a very tasteful way. The sky bar on floor 9 has spectacular views!! We stayed in a twin room with everything you could possibly need including well stocked mini fridge and snack bar. Rooms are well sized and nicely decorated, also very good air conditioning. Bathrooms are tastefully decorated with large mirrors and a very good shower. All in all a great stay! Would come back again in a heartbeat.

The receptionists were exceptional and friendly, especially Cătălina and Jonathan. My family enjoyed Gary's hospitality and friendliness in the executive lounge. Being a Gold Hilton honour member has a few perks, one of which is complimentary breakfast, although this breakfast was worth every penny. First thing in the morning, seeing friendly faces and tasteful breakfast was the best start to the day each and every day we stayed. Our room was nice, clean and refreshed daily. If you’re visiting London for any reason, I highly recommend this hotel

I stayed here for a work conference and honestly couldn’t fault it for the price. The King size bed was comfortable and warm, room was spacious, free bottled water, a lovely bath, soft towels, beautiful smelling complimentary bath products, lots of info in the room. Slept well which is rare in a hotel for me. Great location too. The staff were all so lovely and helpful, particularly the breakfast room staff. The breakfast itself was absolutely lovely! Everything fresh and hot, good stock of all items, Full English buffet style, but also continental with smoked salmon and cheeses, a large array of fresh juices, fruit, pastries, vegan options too! Even the coffee was lovely. So worth paying a bit extra to stay here over a Travel Lodge or Premier Inn!

Lovely hotel. Only issue is when you go to the bar and buy a drink you are issued a service charge. One glass of rose wine 250ml was £18. Double gin & mixer just short of £15 & a service charge of £3.84. I could understand the service charge if we had been seated and received table service

I just finished my stay, and this was a beautiful hotel. The front staff were nice and very accommodating. Executive lounge is really nice, and they really went out their way to provide a great experience for their diamond members. The shower kept changing temperature, but maybe that’s because I did not have the music because I am from America. But other than that very lovely stay

Hotel is in a great location for the arena and stadium. Rooms were clean, there is a fridge which you can’t use as it’s full of mini bar items. Toilet paper is the stuff you used to get in school that is like tissue paper. No hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. There is no staircase for guests to use, and the emergency exit is poorly signposted on certain floors. I’ve never been in a hotel where you can’t use the stairs if you don’t want to use the lift. Some people have phobias of lifts, what do those people do if they aren’t on the ground floor? Poorly designed hotel. There was quite a queue to check in and some of the staff weren’t overly helpful. I probably wouldn’t stay here again, even for the arena. There are much nicer hotels for the same price as you pay here.
