   We stayed here for a few days in September. Everything was great. The apartment was spacious, including the bathroom. The sheets and bedding were very nice quality. We didn't actually cook in the kitchen, but it was nice to have a fridge and kettle. Every staff member was extremely nice and helpful. They truly were some of the nicest hotel staff I've come across. Regarding the area, Kilburn High Street is busy with lots of grocery stores and other shops. Very convenient. Our room faced the high street, but it wasn't noisy at all. However, a very short walk from the hotel is a very nice and quiet residential neighborhood. Lovely area to walk around. Lord's Cricket Ground is within walking distance as is Abbey Road Studios. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again, if we visit London again.

   Sanctum Apartments on Greville Road is a really nice place to stay in London. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well equipped, so it feels more like home than a hotel. Staff are friendly and professional, though the building doesn’t have facilities like a gym, pool, and sauna. The location is also convenient, close to transport and shops. It’s a bit on the pricey side but worth it for the comfort and service.

   I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years (at least 3 or 4 times), but sadly, my most recent visit in December will likely be my last. The quality has noticeably declined. The room wasn’t properly cleaned and had a stale smell, as if it hadn’t been aired out in a while. The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable you could feel the metal frame through the thin mattress. Most of the furniture looked very worn and dated. Worst of all, the heating system broke down several times during my winter stay, which made the experience even more frustrating. The only positive aspect remains the location, but unfortunately, that’s no longer enough to make up for the lack of comfort and maintenance. Very disappointed. Edit for the property Regarding your reply about the authenticity of my review, I stayed from 30th November until 4th December 2024, i stayed in the second floor, i still have the full conversation on WhatsApp regarding my concerns about my stay from that time, i’ll be more than happy to share the payment confirmation number.

   We relcoated to London for an extended period and while we were looking for permanent housing we stayed at Sanctum - it was just perfect for what we needed. The apartment was clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious - and was equipped with everything we needed. But equally as impressive was the staff - all were incredibly helpful and pleasant. Thanks very much for a great stay!

   I recently stayed here, and I must say, they truly live up to the title of luxury furnished apartments in London. The interiors were amazing! There was a slight delay with check-in (apparently, the cleaner got a little too enthusiastic), but the staff was super accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during my time in the city.

   "I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sanctum and it was an exceptional experience. The team were amazing, and they were very accommodating to our large group. They even stored our bags before we could check in and made sure we had our keys as soon as our rooms were available. The room we stayed in was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was huge. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again in the future."

   Sanctums Maida Vale apartments are in a great location. We visited for 5 days with my mother and due to it being right near the train station we didn't need to worry about getting a taxi everywhere. The rooms are also really impressive. Very spacious and we will likely use luxury serviced apartments again instead of hotels after this experience!

From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed with the spaciousness and cleanliness . The customer service was also top-notch, and I felt very at ease throughout. All in all, it was better than I expected and I could not fault Sanctum in any way. This is definitely the best serviced apartment I have ever stayed in.
