“Oh dear- booked a table at the American Bar for drinks, treated like something off the bottom of the concierge’s shoe. We were half an hour early for our booking and told to push off. Restaurant and bar totally empty but wouldn’t allow us to sit and have an aperitif while we waited for our friend. Worst service I’ve experienced in a so called top class hotel in London. ****Edit*** After my partner and I both put in negative reviews the MD responded with probably the greatest comeback ever. John invited us into the hotel for a meeting to discuss what had gone wrong and over a drink listened to what we had to say. This is a guy they really cares and it shows, we even ended up having a tour of the fabulous wine cellars. The Stafford- rightly back on top because of some lovely people who work there. 10/10”

We love the location for it's proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, biking, etc. We always use the boat which Shane makes available and have a wonderful time boating to various restaurants and beach areas. We've stayed here multiple times with our family and grandkids and it's always at the top of our list! I'd highly recommend this property for a family and friends Florida vacation. I would also add that Shane and his wife are extremely accommodating, responsive, and go above and beyond to assure a wonderful stay, even providing welcome food, drinks, and amenities to assure a great start to your stay.”

The car hire they suggested was also first class with a car just outside arrivals ready and waiting for us, which made our escape from the airport a no fuss, no waiting experience. The directions to our remote villa( including junction and turning photos ) meant we couldn’t go wrong. Amazing location too and it's a lovely big house with a clean pool and great views. Thank you”

“Probably the best villa we have stayed in so far been over many times but do stop in Disney for perks. Clean, modern, great view, estate well kept, locals spoke and are friendly while out walking. Great location also, we now fly in and out of Tampa from Uk. They even let us stay in villa until 4 on our last day. We will be back.”

The ALTIDO team did everything they possibly could to make sure I had an enjoyable stay - from helping me with wifi issues, to assisting when I was locked out of the building. I have never stayed at a location managed by more communicative hosts. They replied incredibly promptly to all of my messages and checked in often to make sure my stay was enjoyable.
