“Oh dear- booked a table at the American Bar for drinks, treated like something off the bottom of the concierge’s shoe. We were half an hour early for our booking and told to push off. Restaurant and bar totally empty but wouldn’t allow us to sit and have an aperitif while we waited for our friend. Worst service I’ve experienced in a so called top class hotel in London. ****Edit*** After my partner and I both put in negative reviews the MD responded with probably the greatest comeback ever. John invited us into the hotel for a meeting to discuss what had gone wrong and over a drink listened to what we had to say. This is a guy they really cares and it shows, we even ended up having a tour of the fabulous wine cellars. The Stafford- rightly back on top because of some lovely people who work there. 10/10”

“Wonderful property! Very tastefully decorated, great amenities, very clean and spacious, pool was clean and warm particularly for the grandkids! We love the location for it's proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, biking, etc. We always use the boat which Shane makes available and have a wonderful time boating to various restaurants and beach areas. We've stayed here multiple times with our family and grandkids and it's always at the top of our list! I'd highly recommend this property for a family and friends Florida vacation. I would also add that Shane and his wife are extremely accommodating, responsive, and go above and beyond to assure a wonderful stay, even providing welcome food, drinks, and amenities to assure a great start to your stay.”

“Irene and Lauren were amazing. Cannot recommend Sundance Villas enough. The communication, the booking process and paperwork, and of course Villa Quardia in Cyprus was amazing. The car hire they suggested was also first class with a car just outside arrivals ready and waiting for us, which made our escape from the airport a no fuss, no waiting experience. The directions to our remote villa( including junction and turning photos ) meant we couldn’t go wrong. Amazing location too and it's a lovely big house with a clean pool and great views. Thank you”

“Probably the best villa we have stayed in so far been over many times but do stop in Disney for perks. Clean, modern, great view, estate well kept, locals spoke and are friendly while out walking. Great location also, we now fly in and out of Tampa from Uk. They even let us stay in villa until 4 on our last day. We will be back.”

“2bis Fabulous villa - we have been using White Beach Holidays for a number of years. Very straight forward booking and payments. Email response is extremely quick. 2bis is a fantastic villa and lived up to it's expectations. We needed support with a couples of things, which were sorted almost immediately.. I want to thank Natalie for her support with this booking and for her kindness whilst we were in Playa Blanca. I would have no hesitation of recommending this lovely holiday company.”

The ALTIDO team did everything they possibly could to make sure I had an enjoyable stay - from helping me with wifi issues, to assisting when I was locked out of the building. “We had the most wonderful stay at Crumble's Cottage... we didn't want to leave! The cottage had everything that we could possibly need for a perfect stay, and felt right at home straight away. Fantastic location, great for trips out to neighbouring towns such as Helmsley (well worth a visit), and the North York Moors. Kirkbymoorside is a lovely little town with friendly and welcoming residents all around. A trip to The Moorside Store and Cafe Williams recommended. We were very sad to leave the cottage and will definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“I had a very positive experience staying at LSE Bankside in London. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always did their best to assist with any requests, which made the stay feel welcoming. I particularly appreciated the availability of a luggage storage room, provided free of charge for guests. The room itself had everything necessary for a short stay and a comfortable night’s sleep. It was tidy and pleasantly quiet, which I valued after a busy day in the city. The only drawback was that the furniture felt rather dated and could benefit from an upgrade, but this did not take away from the overall comfort of the stay.”
