   The most fantastic holiday! From the booking process to the customer service to the welcome we got to the beautiful house I cannot recommend Waterside Villas enough. We stayed in the Bimini Beach House and I have never walked in to cleaner, more immaculate more beautiful home. The fridge had some essentials ready for us, contact details were on the welcome letter incase we needed anything we just felt immediately relaxed and on holiday. Walking out onto the veranda the view of the pool and the canal is just breathtaking and it was so lovely to have an uncovered pool! there are electric mosquito nets that come down over the seating area if you need it. Fishing equipment, bikes, kayaks, beach equipment just anything you could ever need is there ready for you in Bimini. We had use of the boat and Shane was such a fantastic host- from the boat lesson to his knowledge of the area he was amazing! And the location of this house is just perfect near to everything in beautiful Cape Coral. We have said that this was a holiday of a lifetime and we just cannot wait to go back!

   We traveled as an extended family and this was so perfect and relaxing. The pool, hot tub, boat, house, and location are awesome. The house has everything you need and is very comfortable. We were also able to fish and kayak right from the back dock. Shane, the property manager was wonderful to work with and very responsive whenever we needed something or had a question. This could not have been a more perfect setup for us. I would highly recommend it!

   We recently rented a vacation condo through Waterside Villas with Boats and local property manager, Shane Crabtree on Sanibel Island. Due to some miscommunication with the Condo owner we had several communications with Shane. He was awesome! He addressed our concerns and worked tirelessly to ensure that we had a successful outcome. He went above and beyond what we asked or expected in terms of a resolution. In addition, Shane retrieved a couple of small items left behind and kindly mailed them to us at his expense. Shane - your exemplary customer service is rare, and we most highly recommend him and his office when searching for vacation rentals in the area. Thank you much. Claudia C

   First time staying in Cape Coral. We had an awesome time! The two rentals that we stayed in were great. The houses were up to date and furnished well. The pools and access to the boats were added pleasures. There are some fabulous restaurants and local hangouts to sit back, relax and enjoy good food and drinks. We will be back next year.

   Wonderful property! Very tastefully decorated, great amenities, very clean and spacious, pool was clean and warm particularly for the grandkids! We love the location for it's proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, biking, etc. We always use the boat which Shane makes available and have a wonderful time boating to various restaurants and beach areas. We've stayed here multiple times with our family and grandkids and it's always at the top of our list! I'd highly recommend this property for a family and friends Florida vacation. I would also add that Shane and his wife are extremely accommodating, responsive, and go above and beyond to assure a wonderful stay, even providing welcome food, drinks, and amenities to assure a great start to your stay.

   Thank you all at Waterside Villas for your help in arranging a perfect week for the McDonald clan at Colony,Cape Coral - what a really special property,beautifully furnished and in a perfect location ! Special thanks to Shane for his prompt responses to any of our calls and his help in trying to teach a complete novice how to master the art of sailing. We will definitely be recommending both the company and property to all of our friends and family and hope to return next October.
