Great service from Heena and Vishal. Really warm check in. Breakfast was first class. Really nice place to stay cost effectively but with good style. The apartment size is great and it’s perfect for families rather than cramping into to a small hotel room

Spent 4 days at this hotel with a friend. Globally a very good experience. Staff smiling and helpful, whether at the reception desk or at the breakfast buffet (Andrew and another lady). What could be improved : 1. Tell the customers that the 65 bus going to Ealing Broadway to get to the tube facilities is just round the corner and very frequent. 2. There is practically nothing to hang up things nor any real shelves in the apartment bathroom ...

I have stayed in this hotel numerous times and always found it to be an excellent experience. The rooms/apartments are a good size, the beds are comfortable and the location is very convenient for the underground (South Ealing is the closest station) without having to pay exorbitant rates you'd get closer to the city centre. There is also a Sainsbury's local right across the street which is ideal for self-catering. What sets this particular place apart to my mind is the service. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, on the very rare occasion there has been a problem it has been immediately dealt with and everyone is very good at what they do. A particular name to mention is Manisha, who recently went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible experience. I look forward to staying here again soon, as I always do.

Absolutely we are loved our time here! The apartment was cozy and well-designed, perfect for a short or long stay. Rooms are modern, quiet, and fully equipped, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. The service was professional and courteous throughout my visit. Highly recommended. Adi and Manisha

Despite having to cancel our booking due to our child's illness, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for renewing our reservation without charging us any future fees. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Heena;) The rooms were very clean and of sufficient size. There is a local market close to the hotel. You can easily reach the train stations from the hotel location. I look forward to staying there again. Not to mention, the staff in the breakfast area are very helpful and cheerful.

Even though the room is large, that's the only advantage it has. The laundry must be done at the basement and there's only 2 washers and 2 dryers. Reservation has to be done to use the laundry room, however, not every guest abide by the rules and therefore we don't always get to use the machines at the time slot. You need to have coins ready for the machines. The hotel reception ran out of coins! We were asked to exchange it ourselves from the supermarket nearby. That's great service and facility. Hotel Manager, here's a recommended solution to that problem. Introduce a token system for the washer and dryer, one would not be able to use the machine without the token. Everyone who reserves the slot will have to retrieve the token from reception. Of course, this has its disadvantage though whether the hotel manpower can support this. The mattress in the room is way too soft and provides uneven support. Hot water supply for shower is enough for one person during winter, the second person has to wait for a bit for sufficient hot water supply. To be honest, I would opt for an AirBnb which has an attached washer and dryer next time. We did not like the timed water heater; who would press the Boost button and wait 40 minutes for the water to heat up during the day? That's not the normal shower routine one should have.

I will come back to Adagio Aparthotel. Although my time in the hotel has been very short during the day, because i spent most of my time in London, the hours i’ve been in there, i haven’t come by any problem. Everything was 10 out of 10, and specially the Service and more precisely William. I asked him about the best route to London and through the city and he recommended me various options that turned out to be very good. Kudos to him.

Amazing stay at the Adagio Brentford! I was pleasantly surprised by the balcony area and also the smart TV as I did not have any expectations. All the kitchen amenities are included such as kettle, oven and hob - great is you fancy cooking something! View from the room was amazing. The room was a great size and the bed was comfortable. All the staff I came across were helpful and the breakfast was great too. Many thanks for the parking, it was highly appreciated and very convenient! Thank you Satyam and Carla and the whole team for your incredible hospitality. I will definitely be back very soon!
