   Overall a definitely positive experience with a few drawbacks. On the plus side: helpful staff, beautiful view of the Tower Bridge (at least from the room i stayed in), taxi queue right outside the door, large double bedroom space with decent furnishings. Some drawbacks were that its a long ways from a decent chunk of tourist interests (but right in financial district if that's your reason for visiting), the room feels much more like an apartment than a hotel room in terms of overall polish and finishing (as an example some of the vinyl floor planks peel up and stick to you a bit if you're barefoot) and explaining how things work. Overall a solid experience but not sure its quite a match with the price tag.

   Amazing place. Next to Tower Bridge and Tower of London and the night and day view is stunning, direct water front. The team is wonderful and friendly, our room is huge and well equipped. This is our first visit, and now our new favourite holiday spot. Thanks.

   Stayed at this hotel in 2023 while traveling with 10 family members. We had 3 apartments. It was beautiful and conveniently located close to historical points of interest and transportation. I would definitely return next time I return to London

   Last minute booking in Feb. Booked directly in their website, left a note that we were arriving on an early flight from the states. Arrived and were kindly greeted and allowed to use a hospitality suite to freshen up, and they had our apartment ready to go super quickly (we were going to just drop luggage and get settled later). Apartment was AMAZING - location, views, clean, and perfect kitchen. Staff were incredible - helped make bookings, provided helpful information, etc. Will return!

   Loved the room, nice view towards the river and HMS Belfast. Location: basically opposite the Tower of London, which is great when visiting the tower, however other than that, it’s far from other attractions/ facilities. There are several coffee chains, and one restaurant nearby. One issue we had was the room was not serviced in the 3 nights we were there. We personally requested it, the housekeeper nodded while rolling her eyes up!! She still did not clean the room!

   Perfect! Location is good, just next to Tower of London, 5 mins from Tower Hill Station and with ⁰eateries nearby. We booked the two room apartment, and the room is huge, more than 1k feet. Amenities were good, covered mos of what we needed. Front desk officers were friendly and helpful. They gave us a warm welcome. . Kudos! Keep up the good work!!!

   The views was amazing. The rooms are fine. The 3rd bedroom was smaller with no on-suite. Clean apartment, friendly staff as well as house keeping. Would happily return.

   The lobby is really small, and the receptionist's attitude is very bad. When I was waiting for my friends, I sat in the lobby and the receptionist asked me if I had anything to do. The facilities in the room are just like that. There is really a better choice at this price. To be honest, I just want to see the tower bridge. I went to the river at night to see the same thing. I don't recommend coming to this hotel to earn money from the guests and show my face. I really don't know where the superiority and nobility come from.

   Treat Yo Self! We are not fancy people but we planned an overseas trip to London with little kids and I wanted an amazing apartment experience in case my kids didn't do well with sightseeing. This hotel is worth every penny and not that much more than an airbnb or something else with a kitchen. I was a little nervous about being at the tower bridge v. the west end, but it ended up being absolutely amazing because we got to see both parts of the city. This hotel is WORTH IT, it's not like you go to London every day (unless maybe you do).

   One of the best stays in central London. The mere fact that you can sip a cup of coffee while looking at the Thames river and Tower of London from your balcony is a unique experience in itself. Loved the cleanliness, staff was very friendly and the apartment was equipped with everything necessary. Highly recommend accomodation. ❤️
