“Absolutely beautiful place to stay. We stayed in Lucy's Lodge, really lovely cottage, 3 big en-suite bedrooms, really spacious and clean. The pool is a lovely added extra too. The owner is lovely and friendly and their dog Winston was a big hit with my little girl. We can't wait to visit again, hopefully in the summer where we can enjoy the outdoor space, fields and fishing lakes.”

“Candlelight Cottage is a super holiday retreat in the Peak District. Immaculately presented and spotlessly clean, we received a warm welcome from the owners, and a lovely welcome basket too. The location is great allowing easy access to explore the area, with lots of lovely pubs nearby to save us cooking. Great value and thoroughly deserved 5 star rating. Thank you.”

“All I can say is this is an amazing place to stay if you have a large group of people. The owners should be proud of this farm as we were to stay in it. Everything you could want and the meadow and walks for the dogs are brilliant.”

“Well laid out fishing complex. Catches the sun well for those early season or early morning sessions. Beautiful area. Well stocked ponds. Bailiffs were very helpful and knowledgeable. Lakeside cafe was nice, with good service. Didn't use the onsite tackle shop; however, the other facilities onsite were spot on. A 31 fish day for me. Definitely go again. Didn't use the caravan park of the site but went to this location first, prior to fishing, and in looked nicely tended.”

“We stayed in Skylark Beach House for 2 nights in June 2025. The communication with Filey Bay Direct during booking and pre arrival was faultless. The accomodation is incredible. Top notch! Clean (I mean spotless), beautifully decorated and furnished, amazing outdoor areas and just lovely little touches like fans, kids games, beach stuff even dog toys for dog lovers. Love it. Will be back!!!!”
