Great hotel with lovely staff. Rooms are clean and modern but interconnecting door meant we could hear our neighbours. Food was very high standard. In house band were the best one I've seen at a Warner's hotel. Spa was good but sauna was tired and in need of a refresh.

Now my favourite Warners!. We ate in the market kitchen with excellent buffet food choices. The theatre is well laid out with plenty of seating all with good views of the stage. The large late lounge bar area is beautifully appointed. The location on the Thames is lovely. The hotel has a calm relaxed atmosphere . We shall return.

I stayed here during the Women's Rugby World Cup (Sept 2025) as my usual hotel was full. I was unsure at first having not stayed here before though being familiar as I've had lunch a few times prior to being Warner. The room was clean, fresh and well appointed. Everything you need and with a superb view of the river. Any noise from the nearby road or Heathrow dims intonrhe background when windows are closed. The food at both dinner and breakfast is superb either in the Market Kitchen (buffet style) or Brasserie (served). I'd recommend trying both. Range of options are available and all dietary needs can (and will) be accommodated. Each evening, there is live entertainment provided. For us it was sounds of the 80s and then Billy Black Band. Absolutely superb with at seat service of drinks available. The gym, pool and spa are spot on whether you want a light pleasure pampering or fitness. I was very impressed. The staff cannot do enough to help, always carry a smile, and clearly know what they are doing. The easiest analogy I can make is it's a cruise ship on land. And a bloomin good one. This wasn't a planned stay but I will definitely be back. Very impressed.

I celebrated Christmas here with all the staff, it was a beautiful experience, meeting so many people from all walks of life. The Christmas lunch was beautifully prepared, using the finest ingredient, meat was tender, juicy and succulent. The Yorkshire pudding was crispy and crunchy, vegetables juicy. The management team Hannah, Hayley, Archie, Liam, Milly, Martin, Lucia all provided excellent customer service to all the guests. The chefs such as Sully, exceptionally talented, this passion and love is evident in the food. All the chefs are exceptionally talented, many good memories. Big shout out to top man & chef Ian he is an expert in making the fancy posh hot dogs and burgers, great times.

Myself & my wife stayed here for the weekend. The Hotel itself was very well run & really clean. All the staff were friendly & very efficient with the service being excellent. The standard room was very comfortable and well equipped. We only visited 1 of the hotels 2 restaurants where the food was buffet style which was well maintained & the food was very good. The entertainment in the hotels live lounge which is really well laid out was very good & We enjoyed our visit and would visit again

Very nice personal, location is great but make sure you have the river side. Facilities at the hotel are awesome, gym fully equipped and spa en swimming pool and sauna, good breakfast and great vibe. Rooms are somewhat small especially the shower/ bath. But overall very good place too stay for a few days.

I booked a last minute festive afternoon tea at the Runnymede and am so glad I did! We've never been to the Runnymede before, despite living fairly locally and were very impressed with everything, from the parking, décor, cleanliness & facilities. The service was second to none, we felt exceptionally well looked after and the food was superb; genuinely the best afternoon tea I think I've ever had! I can highly recommend a visit here and we will certainly be returning.

Lovely hotel, gorgeous location on the river. Staff are super courteous and go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. The gym is very well equipped and maintained, and there are lots of conference rooms.

Amazing hotel. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Had a river view which was very calming and beautiful. Evening buffet had lots of choice and staff were very attentive and polite. Celebrating my Birthday and was surprised by a dessert and Birthday candle, lovely touch. Good quality breakfast. Will definitely stay again

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Runnymede. It was super clean, the facilities were excellent and the staff were really lovely. They even left a sweet little treat for me in my room along with a birthday card! Very thoughtful. Nonetheless in the future I'd steer clear of ordering any room service as the quality of the food was absolutely unbelievably abysmal. It was so bad that we called to complain and asked for them to make it again but it was still horrible and inedible! 5 stars for the room, spa, staff and breakfast. 0 stars for room service!
