We recently stayed at this Hotel, the staff were outstanding welcoming. warm and friendly, we could not have been made more welcome. It was my birthday and the staff left Prosecco and sweet treats in our room on our return with a lovely note. We recommend this Hotel as a must.

Beware! This hotel is currently closed. I don't know if I should be upset with this particular location, IHG in general, or both. In September 2022, I reserved two rooms for May 2023. It was only recently when I found out, by myself, that this location is closed until further notice. Between September 2022 and January 2023, there was no notification or update from anyone. I messaged the hotel to confirm if the booking is safe, no reply. I message IHG and their response was basically "sorry but look elsewhere". Not helpful at all. I like to book early to reserve a lower rate, now everywhere else has a higher price. Reading some of the other reviews here, I am glad that I checked because I may arrive at their front door only to find a closed hotel!
Don‘t book this Hotel. We booked this for 3 days and at the Moment we finally arrived after a really hard day of travelling, the unkind man said that the Hotel is closed since 2 years. So thanks to this stupid website. We had to book another Hotel spontaniously. Im glad we found a good Hotel instead of sleeping in the corner of the streets… because the man wasnt able to look after an alternativ Hotel.
The hotel is closed but Agoda still confirmed my booking. Staff is really friendly and they allow to wait at their lobby.
Booked this hotel last year for a concert at Wembley. They then have cancelled this after months stating the reason as over-booked. Why would it take months to realise this? I feel it’s more to do with them not realising demand would be high and they could get a better price. Contacted the hotel but they don’t reply to emails. Poor service and now struggling to find another hotel as they left it so late to let me know!!!!!!
Nice modern, clean hotel. Room was a decent size for an Express hotel with a nice bathroom. An abundance of buses are available outside the hotel and the tube station is a 10 to 15 minute walk away. There are also plenty places to eat nearby. Breakfast was included each day and was buffet style with loads of choice. Price was very good for a London hotel. Couldn't fault it and would definitely recommend it.
My family stayed at this lovely hotel over the December festivities. The staff was really friendly and professional! The decor is great and the rooms are good size and very clean! Location is great as well. They left very happy for the overall experience, so just wanted to say thanks.
Clean, quiet, and amazing employees. We loved this hotel all 6 nights that we were there. I would definitely stay there again. And the grocery store basically right under it was also nice. You should definitely consider staying in here in ealing if visiting London. It is a charming town with extremely easy access to the city.
Stayed here for one night and it's in a really good location. If driving parking is only £10 a day which is very good for London parking. Rooms are very modern which is now for a Holiday Inn Express, however they are noisy from the Heathrow flight path which I thought would have been thought though when building. Apart from that it was a lovely stay with some very friendly staff. Breakfast could be improved in quality, but for the price you pay you can't complain at all. Would definitely use again!
