“We recently moved into this apartment, and our experience has been excellent so far. I want to especially thank the Leasing Associate, Callan Davies, for his help throughout the process. Before we moved in, he showed us around the property with great enthusiasm and worked closely with our housing representative to clarify details in the rental agreement. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, and even after moving in, Callan has been prompt and helpful in responding to any questions. The flat itself is cozy, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is convenient for commuting, and the property feels safe with secure gates. Overall, a very positive experience.”

“We were arranged by the British Airways as our flight was delayed. We arrived at check in counter at about 6:00 pm, all the check in process is smooth and efficient, the staff is nice to gave us the meals coupons and recommended us to take the right time shuttle bus to airport in order to catch the flight tomorrow morning. The hotel renovation is fair, the decoration hanging on the wall of the corridor is unique. The room is clean and spacious, bed & the quilting is comfy, environment is quiet. There have fridge, kettle & the shower have great water pressure, the only thing I concern is the hair dryer is so poor. The experience over all for us is very good and we will recommend this hotel to my friends.”

“Room was large with a great bed, lots of different pillow types and sleep quality was excellent, rooms were also quiet. TV, wifi was perfect, lots of charge points including a EU socket. I liked the large window with roller blinds too. Breakfast had a very good range of products, self service or you could order specifically cooked eggs. Some food options nearby or their Zoom restaurant is available as was room service.. Most of all it's the first hotel I've been in where they had recycling bins in the room. A great stay, and staff were very good too.. oh and the rooms have fridges too!!!”

“Stayed with my wife and son before travelling. Room was fantastic, we had a family room on the first floor. Two queen beds. Used the converted room on the ground floor that used to be the pool area (now a bar) which was really lovely. Great start to the holiday. Would recommend over other hotels we’ve stayed in at Heathrow. Service given 4 stars as we received slow service in the bar and check in was a little difficult due to a language barrier with one of the members of staff”

“We visited Beefeater Hayes for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and Jade and Siv were both absolutely lovely. From the moment we arrived, Jade made sure we were well looked after and checked in on us with such a friendly attitude. The food was great—fresh, tasty, and delivered at just the right time. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was attentive without being intrusive, and everything felt well-organised. Overall, a really pleasant experience and a great start to our day. “Our group stayed here for 4 nights and we have very smooth stay. Maria ( group booking manager) is just awesome as she helps a lot. She make our stay n go behond to help us on every steps. My all group is happy with the stay. Breakfast is nice n staff Ranjita and Dibbya is very good and ready to help us. Jose at front desk is cherry on top and so as bar guy. Overall we all are happy with the service and our stay.”

“We stayed one night with kids.... nice clean hotel with comfy beds ... its like old house accommodation with lots of nice small garden areas with beautiful summer flowers, location suited us a lot. The staff was very friendly and Breakfast was very good, loved the perfectly made poached eggs, they offer free parking too. recommended for people who want to stay in the budget hotel.”

“A good sized apartments, very clean and beautifully part furnished with essentials like fridge, dishwasher, washing and dryer, not noisy as you can't open windows, nearest to all the bus stops and transport links, parking space available”

“Really cant complain for the price paid. Stayed for 17 nights. Clean and safe place to lay your head. Staff friendly and polite. Most people stay for a day or two, but they have a few long term residents (who were really pleasant and told me where to go for stuff locally). Microwave and kettle in food prep area. Food and drink Vending machines for something quick. I would have no problems in coming back here, although probably not for everyone. Mostly for the budget conscious.”
