“We recently moved into this apartment, and our experience has been excellent so far. I want to especially thank the Leasing Associate, Callan Davies, for his help throughout the process. Before we moved in, he showed us around the property with great enthusiasm and worked closely with our housing representative to clarify details in the rental agreement. We were warmly welcomed on arrival, and even after moving in, Callan has been prompt and helpful in responding to any questions. The flat itself is cozy, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is convenient for commuting, and the property feels safe with secure gates. Overall, a very positive experience.”

Sophie is just wonderful and goes above and beyond, from emailing the hotels to request side by side rooms and twin beds from the boys, to aiding with Check Out. The TUI app can be a bit temperamental at times. She is also incredibly patient and happy to spend time with us searching for the right destination and hotels. We are very indecisive. “October 2025: Stayed here for one night before flying out of Heathrow airport. Rooms were good. Bed was very comfortable. Like how they have king size pillows! Executive lounge was top notch. Good appetizers and beverages. This comes included if you have Platinum status or higher. There is no free shuttle to the airport but you can book a car service at the kiosk next to the check in area. Would definitely stay here again if I had an early flight out of Heathrow.”

As you can easy reach by walk your nursery , school , GP, or shops which you need. Also you get a good transportation links by motorways or public transport connected with Heathrow and central London. Basically apartment is built modern with new furniture . As a pet friendly property so many of residents happy to have them pets . Management team always kind , friendly, welcoming and helpful in any questions . It is a really great place, big community and great location.”

“Great location, close to the Tube and Asda. The room is just as good as other Premier Inns: nice, clean, and tidy. The breakfast really surprised me. The scrambled eggs were smooth, and the sausage and bacon were fried to a nice, fragrant finish. They also refilled the hot food quickly. Jose, you did a great job with the hot breakfast. I look forward to staying here again and enjoying it on my next trip to London.”

“We were arranged by the British Airways as our flight was delayed. We arrived at check in counter at about 6:00 pm, all the check in process is smooth and efficient, the staff is nice to gave us the meals coupons and recommended us to take the right time shuttle bus to airport in order to catch the flight tomorrow morning. The hotel renovation is fair, the decoration hanging on the wall of the corridor is unique. The room is clean and spacious, bed & the quilting is comfy, environment is quiet. There have fridge, kettle & the shower have great water pressure, the only thing I concern is the hair dryer is so poor. The experience over all for us is very good and we will recommend this hotel to my friends.”

“Stayed with my wife and son before travelling. Room was fantastic, we had a family room on the first floor. Two queen beds. Used the converted room on the ground floor that used to be the pool area (now a bar) which was really lovely. Great start to the holiday. Would recommend over other hotels we’ve stayed in at Heathrow. Service given 4 stars as we received slow service in the bar and check in was a little difficult due to a language barrier with one of the members of staff”

“Room was large with a great bed, lots of different pillow types and sleep quality was excellent, rooms were also quiet. TV, wifi was perfect, lots of charge points including a EU socket. I liked the large window with roller blinds too. Breakfast had a very good range of products, self service or you could order specifically cooked eggs. Some food options nearby or their Zoom restaurant is available as was room service.. Most of all it's the first hotel I've been in where they had recycling bins in the room. A great stay, and staff were very good too.. oh and the rooms have fridges too!!!”
