Asher provided excellent service during our stay at Premier Inn. He was professional, friendly, and very helpful whenever we needed assistance. His positive attitude made our experience more comfortable and enjoyable. A real credit to the hotel.
The service at this place was exceptional. Surprisingly a great hotel with decent parking and very close to the airport as well. A special shoutout to Asher, the bartender, whose performance at the bar was brilliant. His upselling techniques were impressive, and his recommendations for food were perfect.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been staying at Premier Inn Heathrow (M4 J4) since 2012, and it never disappoints. My recent stay was another great experience. Asher, the main man at reception, gave me room 221 and was absolutely brilliant – friendly, professional and helpful. Rahul, a new trainee, was polite and clearly has a natural touch for hospitality. Amandeep, who works nights, kindly helped me charge my phone when I forgot my charger – small gesture, but shows the warmth of the staff. This was probably my 8th visit, and the atmosphere still feels as welcoming as it did back in 2012. I still remember Kirenjit from the restaurant and a lovely Punjabi gentleman, Kirendeep (I think!), who made my first visit memorable. All around, a great place with genuine, kind-hearted staff. Highly recommended.
Staff lovely. Helpful, always smiling, and friendly. We arrived about 4pm, to a lovely team. Room spotless, but basic, as expected. Food nice. Had a meal deal, but add ons a pain, presentation and taste good. Breakfast lovely. Dinner was nice, but steak a bit tough. The only thing we had an issue with was parking. Didn't realise you had to pay an additional £12 per night to park your car! (I feel this should be included in the price) Another guest wasn't to happy either. If it is stated on the website, it's not very clear! Vehicle recognition is there when you arrive, so would be easier to book upon paying for hotel online. (Or to make alternative arrangements!)
The staff at this hotel are very rude and aggressive in their manner. They don’t respect their customers and the man with the religious turban is very passive aggressive. Be careful when booking this hotel as the manager will side with his staff before fully hearing concerns of the customer. The rooms are ok but air conditioning does not always work adequately. Location is a quiet area but back to the main point of the rude and hostile staff and manager.
The hotel is conveniently located near Heathrow Airport. Rooms are clean, spacious and well-maintained. The bathrooms are finished to a high standard with big bathtubs. The restaurant on the ground floor serves delicious food promptly. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.
Pleasant welcome when we arrived. Very quick check in. Room was very clean & welcoming. Our room backed on to the busy M4 but never once heard the traffic. Bed was so comfortable best night sleep we have had in a very long time. Easy check out. Will definitely stay again.
Great staff! So helpful and friendly! Restaurant meal and bar service were 5 star! Meals were delicious. We were a group of 10 and every little detail was 5 star! we were cared for like royalty. Thank you for such a fantastic start to our holiday. We will definitely recommend
Great stay comfy beds and cheap rooms. We stayed Saturday night and when we arrived early the lady on reception was so nice and let us check in at 1pm as there was a room ready. She was so helpful helping with tubes and parking etc.. although we were woken up by shouting people early in the morning, the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also great but never had a bad one at a premier inn.
