“Excellent trainer!!! After taking my puppy to several classes for training, I realised that it was not working and this is when I found Cherished Pets of Brentwood. Sherry is an excellent 1 on 1 trainer, within minutes of being around my 10 month old puppy, she knew what needed to be done and how to do it. Sherry has astonishing in depth knowledge on dogs which I have learned so much from. Our puppy is extremely hyperactive and Sherry had the patience’s for her and happily took me and the puppy through each step on what needed to be done. Mags even went to her day care and will be going back shortly for further session to socialise with other dogs. Throughout her day care session Sherry sent me updates on how she was getting on and looked after her as if she was one of her own. Thank you for all the help you have given me with the training.”

“Really pleased that we got Lola along to Pawtopia Doggy Day Care. She can’t wait to get on the dog bus that picks her up to attend every Friday. It is really well run by Luka and the team.The facilities are excellent and well thought out. Her obedience levels are much improved. She has just stayed at the Dog hotel for the last few days which allowed us a trip abroad without having to scrape around between family and friends. We were kept up to date with pictures that kept our minds at rest that she was being looked after and happy.”

“Absolutely loved our stay here. Every staff member could not have done more to make us feel welcome, from the reception staff to the restaurant, bar and spa staff. Room was lovely and we were allowed to change to a 4 person room (as opposed to 3) at no extra cost. We ate dinner here both nights and both times food was great and good value. Would thoroughly recommend - thank you”

“Took a chance which was well founded. Took a small single room for Saturday night. Had every thing you could want. 2 pillows, fan, bed, dressing table and wardrobe. Bathroom had bath and hand shower. Water hot and everything worked. All white decor, clean and tidy. Quiet room at the back of the hotel. Dinning room/bar is plain but breakfast good overlooking the street and service attentive. Loads of car parking. Very pleased.”

“Nice comfortable room. The only thing there wasn't any plugs near the bed. Considering it's located just off of a main road it was quiet at night. Very helpful friendly staff many thanks to Laura for being so welcoming. Will definitely stay again.”

“I have never left my dog in a kennel and after reading many reviews and going there and taking to other people, I put my dog in for 1 night and was so happy they understood my concerns I spoke to Tracey the owner and the staff are great and so reassuring. “Huge thank you to Louise and Alvina for taking such excellent care of my elderly house bun Dora while we were away. Dora is 12 and has a range of medical conditions that mean she needs extra care (she’s blind and has arthritis). Unlike some places I contacted the Woodcroft Warren team weren’t phased by this at all. Following her stay in one of the clean, roomy indoor pens she has come home very relaxed and happy. We will definitely be using you again for her next holiday!”

“Marion looked after our year old cockapoo, Barty. We were a little worried as we’d never left him before, but after taking him to visit Marion prior to going away, we had no doubts that she would be great. During their six days together, Barty clearly had a great time. Marion gave video updates a couple of times a day via WhatsApp giving details of their walks. Marion wasn’t just walking him around the block - she loaded him into her car and took him to all kinds of places. He clearly had a great time. I can wholeheartedly recommend Marion. She clearly loves her doggie clients and they will love her too.”

“I moved into Central House in August 2022 and have really enjoyed living in the development ever since. The facilities are excellent (albeit the gym opening is behind schedule) including the communal garden which is now open.”

“We chose to stay here for a weekend in the ready tents. The glamping tents were well equipped with fridge, hob, kettle, toaster etc. It also had bunk beds and a double bed perfect for family of 4 or 5. The sleeping areas were great with blackout sides for a good night's sleep. The site had very clean washing facilities and staff were friendly and welcoming. We will easily be coming back again for another weekend!”

“We stayed for a wedding. The venue is stunning. Set in beautiful gardens, the rooms are placed around the main gardens. The food served after the ceremony was delicious. The 'barn' is gorgeous. The rooms are very clean, fresh linen and towels. Decor is lovely. The room had tea/coffee, a hairdryer and a TV. There was hand soap and shower gel in the bathroom dispensers. Walk in shower. Breakfast service was slow in the morning but it looked as though there were only 3 staff on, they were lovely and the food was nice. To improve I think they could leave bottled water in the room and a spare toilet roll.”
