Very pleased with all the services. Elvis is always happy to go and looks happy and well cared for when I pick him up. The staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend Barehams to friends.
I have never left my dog in a kennel and after reading many reviews and going there and taking to other people, I put my dog in for 1 night and was so happy they understood my concerns I spoke to Tracey the owner and the staff are great and so reassuring. We LOVE Barehams, they have been a huge support to us from the start with both of our dogs, from puppy training, day care and taking the very best care of them when we are on our holidays. They have been a huge help in everything to do with our dogs and treat them like their own. The staff in the shop and the kennels are always friendly and helpful. Diy dog wash really good! Water was warm and staff friendly. Only criticism is the chain inside the dog wash needs replacing as it is broken and difficult to open
Tried to use self service dog wash for my boy today who has spinal condition, can be very stubborn and extra large breed. So unfortunately couldn't get him in the bath as he is too heavy to lift. Staff were very helpful and understanding and gave me refund no questions asked. Staff explained fully how to use machine and machine seemed very user friendly just shame couldn't get my boy in it. Definitely recommend for other people to try, that doesn't have x-large breed that requires lifting. Great customer service.
We are always welcomed with a friendly professional service. Our dog trots in happily and it’s lovely to hear staff recognise him and want to discuss him and his needs. He is cared for lovingly and the updates from you are so gratefully received. Always reassures us during his stay. Now he is in his senior years, we still have no hesitation in using your services. You adapt your care to suit his needs. Thanks for caring for our boy!
We've used Barehams a couple of times now and each time they've been fantastic, our cat always seems happy and almost sad to be leaving which is a good sign and puts us at ease as we know he's being well looked after. The cattery stalls are spacious and incredibly well maintained to a high standard. The staff are wonderful and caring. They also keep us updated with pictures so we can see how our boy is getting on whilst we're away. Will happily continue to use barehams for any future times we need to.
Fantastic kennels we first went when our dogs needed training when they was a pups. Trainers are so good and our dogs are so easy now. Shop caters for everything you need for your dog. One of Our dogs had allergies moved her to raw food and now she’s fine. Staff very knowledgeable. Also sells plants which are such good quality put other garden centres to shame and really well priced. Owner has a degree in horticulture and is always helpful with advice. Always friendly staff and boarding kennels are first class especially VIP section fully air conditioned. Couldn’t praise them enough.
