   Highly recommend this pet shop! I took my daughter there a few weeks ago to buy some guinea pigs. The staff spent time to answer any questions I had and were very knowledgeable about the guinea pigs. My daughter really enjoyed being able to have a good look and pet each guinea pig before making her choices!

   Avoid at all costs, arranged to buy two/three sugar gliders from this lady, had arranged for a bank payment to be made for the overall bill after deposit was paid in cash. Just got out of hospital to a message saying can only take cash payments for said animals after already agreeing payment amounts and methods on phone when asking to be next in line for them when born. They’re now born and only taking cash payment as charges too high, why not just say this to start with without the messing around. Called the nice lady to ask why this had changed and all I got was “well I have lots of interest in the sugar gliders so I won’t be dealing with you” How professional of her to be so moody on the phone when asked why she hadn’t replied to my wife when she asked about said payments. Very rude to say the very least at the end of my call she hung up for no reason as I was still going to make the purchase as I’ve waited a very long time for said animals. I will never be calling or using this pet shop again if I could give it a 0 star rating I would

   Very welcoming shop owner. Friendly and helpful. The first pet store we visited since moving to Stanford-le-Hope. Quality of local products is definitely dropping. A lot going on in the store but have to spend more time to give a full fledged review. Lots of products to choose from but not enough space to move around especially if you have a pet coming in with you. Good number of parking does available.
