   Horrible experience. Stayed one night on Tues 30th Dec and where do I start. The room was very unclean with cobwebs everywhere. The shower was very slow something with the pressure and the extractor didn't work so steams the whole place up. On arrival, the room was very cold so we put on the heater but hardly warmed the room up. The free wifi is only for 30 mins. Really cheap service and the worst travelodge experience for me.

   The hotel is in a convenient location, within walking distance of Brentwood Station and close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Parking can be a bit limited and the rooms could use a few small updates. Otherwise, great value for money.

   Some people working at the reception are really nice, good location when you have a venue just beside the hotel (grand Marquee), Starbucks and pub are also in the area. About the room was alright, bathroom mat is missing (can avoid accident), no toilet brush present and noise level is really when the venue is in use. Avois the breakfast, it is just a breakfast box with only industrial product in it.

   Great staff polite and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room and hotel looks a bit tired it was fairly clean but our shower was a bit grubby and could do with a refit. No plugs near bed or USB terminals We were put overlooking the bins and woken at 5am with the sounds of laundry being delivered which was very very noisy so I can't say it was a pleasant night's sleep which you need when away working.

   Nice comfortable room. The only thing there wasn't any plugs near the bed. Considering it's located just off of a main road it was quiet at night. Very helpful friendly staff many thanks to Laura for being so welcoming. Will definitely stay again.

   Lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean spacious bedrooms, comfy beds. Bathrooms could do with a deep clean as visible evidence of limesale on taps and shower fittings/head and looks like it's on the floor too bizarrely. The location is very isolated but also beautifu and a quaint little church at the top of the hill an 8 minute walk away is worth a visit. It's definitely an area you need to drive in able to get around safely, no local shops. You only get 30 minutes of free WiFi every 24 hours. There's no onsite restaurant, there's an overpriced vending machine at reception or The Halfway and Starbucks next door.

   A warning to all trades men. Professional tool thieves operate on that car park so do not risk a stay there at all.. There are no working cameras on the car park even though Starbucks has one facing it.. The halls smell of sewage The only good thing is the rooms are big and Well kept.. I’m 6 grand down from a short stay.. Stop and think before you stay.. Trip

   Stayed as it was close to where I was working. Worn and grubby. Bathroom appeared clean but was not. The loo pedestal had visible dirt - from the bath it was obvious but not when you walk in or use the shower. Clean what you see moment....
