“Excellent trainer!!! After taking my puppy to several classes for training, I realised that it was not working and this is when I found Cherished Pets of Brentwood. Sherry is an excellent 1 on 1 trainer, within minutes of being around my 10 month old puppy, she knew what needed to be done and how to do it. Sherry has astonishing in depth knowledge on dogs which I have learned so much from. Our puppy is extremely hyperactive and Sherry had the patience’s for her and happily took me and the puppy through each step on what needed to be done. Mags even went to her day care and will be going back shortly for further session to socialise with other dogs. Throughout her day care session Sherry sent me updates on how she was getting on and looked after her as if she was one of her own. Thank you for all the help you have given me with the training.”

“My mini poodle has been going here a while now and I’m not normally a person to do reviews (this is my first ever) but I Jamie is exceptional at what he does, my dog even waggs his tail when he goes in there! His grooms ALWAYS come out to point perfection and Parker always comes home smelling so fresh. If you ever come across his page and are looking for a groomer stop and give him a message, you’ll never go anywhere else again. We are very lucky to have found Petspa ♥️”

“Really pleased we’ve found Nicola. Jaspa took to Nicola and her own dog Louis immediately. She treated Jaspa like her own dog and he’s had plenty of exercise at the dog field. Nicola kept us updated with some great photos of Jaspa, would not hesitate to recommend her services. I really felt I’d left Jaspa in very safe and caring hands.”

“Absolutely loved our stay here. Every staff member could not have done more to make us feel welcome, from the reception staff to the restaurant, bar and spa staff. Room was lovely and we were allowed to change to a 4 person room (as opposed to 3) at no extra cost. We ate dinner here both nights and both times food was great and good value. Would thoroughly recommend - thank you”

“We had Angela look after our 3 cats when we went away on December 26th for 10 nights. The previous company I had used were AWFUL and THANK GOD I have found Angela - she is AMAZING!!!! My cats love her and I came back to a nice clean house with happy cats. It makes such a huge difference knowing the person going in your house is great with the cats and also does extra things like putting my bins out without me even having asked her to!! Lovely lady and a great pet sitter. I will 100% be using Angela's service whenever I go away. Thankyou Angela! Nad, Danni, Ginny, Gardy & Ninja!”

“i would like to leave a heartfelt thank you to jasmine at day lewis pharmacy. i came in feeling extremely upset and overwhelmed about an infection i had. she was so kind, patient and compassionate during a really difficult moment for me. she took the time to comfort me and guide me to the right medication with such care and professionalism. her calm energy and genuine support made a huge difference and i definitely left feeling much more reassured. thank you so much, i am incredibly grateful for her help and comfort.”

“Nice comfortable room. The only thing there wasn't any plugs near the bed. Considering it's located just off of a main road it was quiet at night. Very helpful friendly staff many thanks to Laura for being so welcoming. Will definitely stay again.”

“I have never left my dog in a kennel and after reading many reviews and going there and taking to other people, I put my dog in for 1 night and was so happy they understood my concerns I spoke to Tracey the owner and the staff are great and so reassuring. “After my Galah cockatoo managed to get his foot stuck in the cage and dislocated his foot, we drove an hour to Tari Vets after being booked in for the first available appointment. Harvey managed to set his foot into place and a week onwards my Parrot is back to being a happy noisy bird. Cant thank Harvey enough, top guy who knows his stuff. We are glad we could find a specialist who could help.”

“Really pleased that we got Lola along to Pawtopia Doggy Day Care. She can’t wait to get on the dog bus that picks her up to attend every Friday. It is really well run by Luka and the team.The facilities are excellent and well thought out. Her obedience levels are much improved. She has just stayed at the Dog hotel for the last few days which allowed us a trip abroad without having to scrape around between family and friends. We were kept up to date with pictures that kept our minds at rest that she was being looked after and happy.”

“I have been using the services of Wagnificent for many years now . My senior dog who has a few skin issues now ( as he is 13) is treated so carefully and kindly and looks and smells amazing when he’s been to them . My little Yorkie pup too is fresh and clean after a groom . You can be sure however you prefer your dogs coat to be cut they will listen and advise if necessary. Great groomers !!”

“I live in Spain, and have real problems trying to source fish and items for my large tank (600 litres). However last summer (2024) i popped over to the UK and visited Wetpets ( been out of the country for 19years.) Got all the help and advice needed from helpful and patient staff. Very polite and spent ages helping me.”

“Huge thank you to Louise and Alvina for taking such excellent care of my elderly house bun Dora while we were away. Dora is 12 and has a range of medical conditions that mean she needs extra care (she’s blind and has arthritis). Unlike some places I contacted the Woodcroft Warren team weren’t phased by this at all. Following her stay in one of the clean, roomy indoor pens she has come home very relaxed and happy. We will definitely be using you again for her next holiday!”

“Marion looked after our year old cockapoo, Barty. We were a little worried as we’d never left him before, but after taking him to visit Marion prior to going away, we had no doubts that she would be great. During their six days together, Barty clearly had a great time. Marion gave video updates a couple of times a day via WhatsApp giving details of their walks. Marion wasn’t just walking him around the block - she loaded him into her car and took him to all kinds of places. He clearly had a great time. I can wholeheartedly recommend Marion. She clearly loves her doggie clients and they will love her too.”

“The last groomers I took coco to cut his neck and feet. I was so pleased that I took him to fluffy dog and I told them he might be a bit nervous because of his past experience. They took their time with him to reassure him and said he was as good as gold. Thank you so much for making it an enjoyable experience for him and he came out looking so handsome.
