Best pharmacy in Brentwood. Staff are super helpful and I can always get medications here that the other pharmacies don't seem to stock or can't get hold of. Even during national shortages of epi pens they worked hard to find me what I needed or an alternative.
Totally disappointed with this pharmacy. After going to the emergency room, I've been waiting for 2 days for them to give me treatment for unbearable pain. And unfortunately I still haven't received it because of personal indifference. I want them to feel the same pain that I feel now
Pharmchoice Brentwood is absolutely fantastic! They manage all my prescriptions seamlessly so I never have to worry about requesting them myself. The team are always friendly, super helpful, and really go out of their way to make things easy. I also love that they’re open every day until 10pm, which is so convenient. A brilliant local chemist – highly recommend!
I changed from another pharmacy as I was fed-up with never getting my full complement of medication, having stuff owing then me needing to chase it up! Since moving over to Pharmchoice my prescriptions run smoothly, I never have to worry about them getting things right. They are professional, polite, patient focused and everything you would wish your pharmacy to be. My one regret is I waited so long before changing over to Pharmchoice.

Great pharmacy ... but if you need to speak to anyone at the shop, forget it. They simply, 90%+ of the time, do not answer phone calls! You can let the phone ring until it cuts off after a few minutes... redial and repeat as many times as you like, ... nobody will answer your call!
