Just had our Basset Hound, Ruby, groomed here and very pleased with the service and staff. Ruby looks and smells lovely!
I'm so amazed at this store. It's got everything and my dog smells and looks beautiful after his groom. My daughter pays £85 to get her dog groomed, £45 here and it's perfect
Great to have an independent pet shop within walking distance selling natural dog treats. There is now a new larger chain pet shop at the top of the high street also selling them but they have a much better selection here - I’d also much rather give my money to an independent business. The groomers are also fantastic, I take my Cocker Spaniel every 3 months or so and he always comes out happy and looking much tidier!

Creatures Great & Small is a small pet shop located in the middle of Brentwood town centre on High Street. They offer a wide range of pet products and food for all animals, and provides a range of pet services for dogs such as grooming. They have a great selection of toys for your pets. I purchased a few toys for a puppy I've been looking after while their owner is on holiday. I also visited previously to purchase a few products for my cats. The staff have always been polite and friendly, and the store clean and tidy.
This is lovely pet shop on Brentwood high street is perfect place to spoil your babies. Staff are very helpful and always feel welcome. Unfortunately the grooming place is awful. I book my dog 8 weeks in advance. I haven't received a text message to remind me about appointment. On the day grooming staff wouldn't bother to call me as I live short distance from the store. The groomer called me in the afternoon to remind me about missed appointment and charged for not showing up. I took my baby to another place as communication is perfect. I still recommend the shop and very helpful staff but not the grooming.
