   Great from start to finish! My Pomchi puppy first time at the groomers and it exceeded my expectations. I was very nervous leaving her alone in the shop but staff were lovely and very reassuring. Mia came out with her tail wagging and smelling fresh! Highly recommend, haircut is perfect not too much taken off but still a good trim, and nails and paws included.

   My mini poodle has been going here a while now and I’m not normally a person to do reviews (this is my first ever) but I Jamie is exceptional at what he does, my dog even waggs his tail when he goes in there! His grooms ALWAYS come out to point perfection and Parker always comes home smelling so fresh. If you ever come across his page and are looking for a groomer stop and give him a message, you’ll never go anywhere else again. We are very lucky to have found Petspa ♥️

   I have tried every groomer in Brentwood and I am genuinely so shocked and grateful to pet spa Essex! We have a gorgeous Blenheim King Charles Cavalier Leo who looked like chewbacca from other groomers and myself not knowing how to let his coat be the best it could be. Not only did they teach me how to hand strip his coat but for only £10 they spent an extra half hour hand stripping his coat. Leo went in with a dullish, creamy coloured coat and came back looking like a puppy again with a red, silky one. I will absolutely be going only to pet spa Essex as they’ve proven to be sure the most knowledgeable and caring. They seriously deserve more than the 5 stars I’ve just given them! I’m in absolute awe!

   Thank you Jamie for looking after my princess and always grooming her so fantastic each groom. My dog loves coming into see Jamie, always wags her tail. At the last groomers she was SO terrified and now goes in happy. That’s all thanks to you Jamie.

   Jamie gave me a hard time about my dog. I like that. Got a Pommy as wife and 4 kids didn’t want a German Shepard. I think I have the worse kept looking Pommy in Essex and I will try to do better Jamie. The fact Jamie took me to task in a kind way shows he is not a Slimy ar$e licking shop owner just in it for the money. I will always come back and I recommend to anyone with a dog like mine to come here for grooming . When my dog leaves this pet Spa I feel like I could pull off putting on a mini skirt and a blonde wig and pretend to be Paris Hilton walking with my Pommy under my arm. Previous pet groomer I went to butchered my dogs hair and I deeply regret going to any odd pet groomer. I should have gone to Pet Spa Essex and done the research. Come here for your dog grooming needs. Jamie also has the whitest teeth I have ever seen so bring sun glasses!

   This was Poppy my Cavapoochons second groom with Jamie. She was so happy to see him, unlike where I have been before where she would shake and not want to leave me. I like that Jamie keeps her hair a good length like I ask rather than scalp her which so many other groomers seem to do. She smells absolutely gorgeous and stays so soft for weeks. The salon is lovely, clean and has air con which is great on a hot day like today. I am so happy to have found a great groomer. I travel for 30 minutes to get to PetSpa as its the best.
