   Took my shiba here as it was highly recommended. I wasn't disappointed. Dog came out clean as a whistle after clearly having enjoyed his bath. I can recommend Dannys dog grooming.

   I did take my 4 daxies to these groomers and was please with the groom BUT I have one little girl that is paralysed in her back legs and is incontinent . I was told they no longer wanted to groom her as she tends to poo in the water . I thought that theywelcomed all types of dogs . I no longer use this service they have a very bad attitude

   After using Fur Kutz for four years I have decided to stop using these groomers anymore due to bad experiences with the staff and manager. My dog normally attends every six weeks for his grooming at £30 a time in the past we have been phoned by the groomers and been asked to come in early due to they have had spaces in their appointment bookings this we have always complied with and gone in early to suit them, however on our last appointment when we rang to advise we was stuck in traffic and could be a bit late we were advised if we were more than 10 minutes late they would cancel our appointment. When we complained about their attitude and various other points they had complained about over the time we have been using them the manager told us to come and pick up our dog and he would stop his grooming session at once. I will never use these groomers again as their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and there are a lot better groomers out there ready to offer a good polite service to dog owners.

   went to dog groomers so she could have a good brush to get rid of the hairs falling off. When I picked her up she hasn't even been brushed. All they done was bath her. Said she didn't like the hair dryers. Does that stop them from brushing her down??Got in the car. Dog hair falling off her everywhere! Really really bad dog groomers. Do not recommend at all. Said they would call me back as I was unhappy. Never called me back!
