An absolute god send this hotel has been for myself and my partner who is in between a house sale over the Christmas period. The staff have been Incredibly kind, helpful and friendly nothing has been too difficult, the rooms have been spotless and comfortable which has helped massively during such an unsettling period. Brogan has been particularly helpful and helped my partner feel secure and at ease for that we are incredibly grateful. Facilities are perfect and the bar and restaurant is great. We highly recommend this hotel it's opposite Brentwood station for the Elizabeth Line into London with convenience stores, coffee shops a cafe and quirky launderette within walking distance. We will definitely be back in future when visiting friends thank you again to the staff here they really do deserve recognition.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Had early check in but staff let us in the room at 8am. Real bonus after a flight from Australia. There was a fire alarm 0450 due to someone smoking, but was handled very well by staff who made my wife a croissant. All of the staff were friendly ,polite and professional. The 9th floor room has great view of London. Would stay again

I have stayed in 9 Premier Inns in the last three months and 25 in the last two years. Brentwood is by far the best! Service was excellent and staff were by far the friendliest. Food was fine. The stand out hotel for me.

Rip-off parking that overcharged us. Parking run by Horizon on behalf of Premier Inns, i think. Filthy rubbish strewn car park that was totally inadequate for the number of rooms - 2 of the car park floors were not in use???? An ANPR system that charged us for a drop off less than 20 minutes ( as stated). We stayed here for 6 nights, and the parking issue ruined our stay. We opted for a premium room, which was nice, well-maintained and clean, but wifi codes didn't always work. Pleasant staff, but had trouble finding them at times.

If you don't have to park then this hotel is fine. I was checking out so moved my car to their front car park (allowed 20 minutes...ridiculous) until I checked out, forgot a bag so had to go back up for it. Was in the car park for 25 minutes...received a £100 fine a month later. I'm editing this review because I appealed and they waived the fine...as they should. Other than that it's just like any other Premier Inn...you know what you are getting and that is just fine.

Very nice. It was a surprise to see the bar area in the diner, but it's always welcome. Having a couple of drinks and being able to have a decent meal without having to go out searching around town. Good food and service. No-one pointed out the muffins to me until it was too late! Still, never mind maybe next time.

The room and hotel is clean and comfortable. However incessant hammering started from somewhere inside the hotel at 7am. Reception repeatedly fail to answer the phone to deal with it. New staff in the restaurant brought a level of entertainment to the meal as they didn't understand basic terms used in food and drink. They were pleasant although not prepared to deal with customers by themselves. Roadworks immediately outside the hotel added to the traffic issues of gaining entry to the hotel car park. It is the attention to small details that has left this customer feeling they should be doing better.

Ok but needs renovating. Definitely the most tired premier inn I’ve stayed at. Bed was comfy but the room itself was tired and worn. Light above bathroom sink didn’t work and the bath was a bit grubby. Only a shampoo and shower gel combo, no hair conditioner provided. Patched paint jobs and random small holes in the wall plaster. Ladies at the reception were welcoming, professional and friendly. Good location and conveniently close to the train station. Not sure I will stay again though.

I’ve had two good stays here this weekend for my birthday. The second time I would like to greatly compliment Steven who helped myself and my friend when we were desperately hungry due to struggling to find gluten free options at a late hour. Lovely fresh and clean rooms and no problems so far.

What a lovely hotel. Staff are friendly, polite and respectful. The food at the restaurant is delicious too. Definitely stands out from your typical chain restaurant. The "Favourite" 30 day Aged steak was incredibly tender and very enjoyable. Same goes for the Mixed Grill. It would be helpful to have a clearer signage for car park but there were plenty of spaces once I've managed to find it. Overall much recommended!
