It's easy to find discounted parking, which is particularly beneficial for those outside of London. The rooms are fine, just a bit dated, which is why I gave it a 3. Breakfast is probably the best cooked breakfast I've had at a premier in. Don't normally like the ordering breakfast ones as they take ages but here it's quick and quality no burnt bacon. Jade was a great help making sure I had everything I needed. And the chefs are some of the friendliest chefs I've ever met.

We visited Beefeater Hayes for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and Jade and Siv were both absolutely lovely. From the moment we arrived, Jade made sure we were well looked after and checked in on us with such a friendly attitude. The food was great—fresh, tasty, and delivered at just the right time. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was attentive without being intrusive, and everything felt well-organised. Overall, a really pleasant experience and a great start to our day. We’ll definitely be back!

The food was nice. Jade was very polite, helpful and had a nice way about her. She was the best thing about this hotel. I'm afraid the hotel itself is another matter. Extremely noisy. And I do mean EXTREMELY. I even had to get up at 0120 am due to 2 guests talking very loudly out in the corridor, which woke me up. People banging about upstairs, doing god knows what. I was even woken up at 0300 again by person(s) banging and dropping things. Awful place I'm afraid to say. I appreciate this is aimed more at the guests, but I'd like to see Lenny Henry get a good night's sleep there. Impossible. I had to wear ear plugs in the end, but my sleep was ruined already. This morning I'm absolutely exhausted and now have a full day of work ahead of me. I will never stay here again and I stay at 3-4 Premier Inns per week, due to my job. When I parked my car in one of the hotels, and got out, I realised there was broken glass all over the floor covering 2 bays. I did not feel safe leaving my car there. Even though they did have a security guard sat in the carpark for some of the night, but not all. I think that speaks volumes of the type of hotel it is. I have stayed in 100s of Premier Inns and have never seen a security guard sitting on a chair in the carpark. That's my honest feedback.

I booked for a single night stay whilst visiting family. The rooms were clean and tidy. Shower was hot and it was a peaceful nights sleep. The staff were friendly and engaged in conversation with myself and my children which is deeply appreciated. We had breakfast in the restaurant which was cooked to order and there was a nice continental spread with fruit juices and a coffee machine. We were served by Jade who was lovely and made us feel welcomed. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends

Hotel was very good, I had an accessable room which was more than adequate. Staff, were very helpful and friendly, hotel was in a great location for our needs. Beefeater restaurant next-door, again the staff were so very friendly and helpful. Will go back again.

The room was ok but dated. Food was surprisingly good in terms of breakfast, although service was slow because of under staffing. Lower rating given as you have to pay £6 for parking, which is off-putting. Other Premmier Inns up north, for example, offer free parking.

Chose this hotel as the Google maps description says free parking which played into the decision making. The parking is £6 per night, making a room here more expensive than one closer to the airport. Other than that the room is fine and you get what you pay for

Great location and not too far to drive to Heathrow airport. Busy roads around the hotel but we did not hear any noise from our room. Room was clean and comfortable for us as one night stay before we flew out the next day. Chargeable parking was not to bad. Lots of places to eat around the area.
