“We visited Beefeater Hayes for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and Jade and Siv were both absolutely lovely. From the moment we arrived, Jade made sure we were well looked after and checked in on us with such a friendly attitude. The food was great—fresh, tasty, and delivered at just the right time. “Huge thank you to Louise and Alvina for taking such excellent care of my elderly house bun Dora while we were away. Dora is 12 and has a range of medical conditions that mean she needs extra care (she’s blind and has arthritis). Unlike some places I contacted the Woodcroft Warren team weren’t phased by this at all. Following her stay in one of the clean, roomy indoor pens she has come home very relaxed and happy. We will definitely be using you again for her next holiday!”

“Dropped my cat off for 12 days while we were on holiday abroad. Lovely place with a lovely owner who is a cat lover. It was easy to find with lots of parking. Really local to me so it was convenient and had room to accommodate for my cat, with a heated blanket to keep her warm during the night. Highly recommend if you are looking for a local cattery to keep your cat while you are away.”

“We have stayed here a few times and found the staff and service to be exceptional. Checked in by the lovely Anna on this occasion. We were a little bit early but she greeted us with a huge smile and swiftly went through the checking in process. We had a quick pint before going to the room. Sanjeev served us our drinks. “Couldn't fault the rooms. Rooms are massive especially the disabled ones... with mum having MS. Staff friendly service and brought mum extra blanket... The one downside the duvets could be alittle more warmer.... Reason for the 2 stars the location. If staying in london for more than a week and no transport its a problem as its right near healthrow airport. But thankfully the coach is within the bungle to london on the hols!”

“I got exactly what I expected. The host was friendly when I arrived (which was close to the cutoff at 11 p.m. because of a flight delay), and he took me to my room. The room and restroom were very neat and clean for the price range, and I would recommend this place to anyone needing an affordable option near Heathrow. Also the location is less than a 10 minute walk to a bus station that has routes straight to the airport.”

“Good morning. I lived there for two days. Clean, bright, good atmosphere. Check-in took five minutes. Contact the administrator, follow all the instructions and voila. Yes, if you are not used to living in an apartment, but live in a house, then just take earplugs with you. I live in a high-rise building and it is common for me to hear my neighbors. I liked everything and will stay here on my next trip to London.”

“Great location, close to the Tube and Asda. The room is just as good as other Premier Inns: nice, clean, and tidy. The breakfast really surprised me. The scrambled eggs were smooth, and the sausage and bacon were fried to a nice, fragrant finish. They also refilled the hot food quickly. Jose, you did a great job with the hot breakfast. I look forward to staying here again and enjoying it on my next trip to London.”
