Adequate hotel. Usually has parking available although busy nights might mean you struggle - not yet sure what protocol is if you cannot find a parking space. Rooms are a bit old but functional and clean. Staff are great, always pleasant and helpful. Good, reliable, cost effective but convenient choice for a night-before-you-fly hotel stay!
I recently stayed at ibis Heathrow and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient for airport travel. We have stayed here a few times and found the staff and service to be exceptional. Checked in by the lovely Anna on this occasion. We were a little bit early but she greeted us with a huge smile and swiftly went through the checking in process. We had a quick pint before going to the room. Sanjeev served us our drinks. He was a real highlight too.
Good priced hotel. Smallish room but very comfortable bed and good sized shower. Bar and restaurant area looked very modern and attractive. Parking space outside is a bit limited and tight. You can pay at reception rather than via your phone, but that wasn't obvious from the signs.
Good value for price I paid, I booked for the day so had the room 10-4pm. Check-in was fast and receptionist pleasant. Comfy bed, room a fair size with thermostat. Bathroom a little dark, poor lighting not really suitable for a bathroom where a woman might want to put on makeup or a man try to shave. Maid came in so obviously wasn't told room had been done and was occupied. All in all a good stay.
Hotel Ibis London Heathrow Airport is one of many hotels strung along the Bath Road. You can see the airport from the hotel. The bathroom is modern. Breakfast was good. They serve full English breakfast there. Make sure you pack all your toiletries and other essentials. If you didn’t bring your multi socket adapter, you will need to get one from their vending machine as the hotel does not provide one. Overall it was a good stay.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but adequate. House keeping is great on one day and sucks the next even after asking for the bed to be done everyday we still went up to 3 days in a row with the bed not being touched. Out of a nine day stay the made the bed and changed the bedding 3 times.
