The food from the bar/restaurant is good. I had tried the burger + nachos + chocolate pudding. The price is worth the great quality of the products. Savory dishes spicy as I like. Friendly staff ready to serve you the best for your meal.
Disgusting hotel. Do not stay here ever. Filthy dirty room, dirty towels, bathroom door hanging off runner, no handle inside bathroom door. Towel rail hanging off wall. Shower and enclosure filthy. Council Health Authority need to check it out.. cable hanging from tv could strangle yourself. Slipping ceiling hitting your head all the time. Never felt unsafe in a hotel in my life. Kids running up and down corridor most of night. Stayed up awake all night. Two good things were very friendly staff and food tasty.
Amazing experience! lovely staff! Haleema , ana and hamdan made the experience amazing ! the rooms are up to standard and the staff are very friendly! and very welcoming and made the experience 10% better would 100% come back and recommend for everyone!
Very disappointed with the stay and for the money we had to pay. The pictures online did not match the hotel itself. On the booking it also said there was parking, however it was very limited as taken up by the people visiting the shisha bar. The room was very small and smelt along with the corridors. Almost stale like. The shower was also very disgusting. Full limescale on and all around (to the point I didn’t shower there and waited until we switched hotels). There was no towels in the room, they gave you them at reception from a cupboard so these also smelt. The bed was very uncomfortable. Like sleeping on the ground. It’s also on a very busy public road so there was a lot of noise throughout the night and very early morning. We were booked in for two nights however we left after the first night to go to another hotel. We will definitely not be coming back and would advise others to AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Check in was easy, room was ideal, the night receptionist (Anna) was very helpful! Some customers lacked respect for people sleeping and for the staff after being woken up with them giggling up and down the corridors at 4am
Worst hotel ever. It has a sheesha bar below. Apart from the noises from main road, you will be gifted with bad smoke. So guaranteed no sleep. The room was actually dirty. The hotel manager was rude and refused to offer any alternative . Even the beddings were full of smoke. DONOT BOOK THIS PLACE
Really bad state of rooms. Bathroom don't have locks. Falling apart door latches, floor board , broken bed. Reception don't talk English. Really reflected by low prices. It's basically what you pay for. Won't recommend for family stay
The worst experience ever!!!! Water sipping through the floor, broken toilet seat, doors falling apart, used shower gel from the previous tenant.. this place is disgusting. Didn't stay the night because of the water problem with the floors and only got £20 freaking discount. The manager was supposed to meet with us 30 mins after reporting the issue and never showed up... Request to speak to the manager and was told we cannot speak to the the manager call back on Monday. Made a video with proof of the terrible conditions.I don't recommend this place to anyone!!! If I could give a lower rating than this I would.
Horrendous. We stayed here before flying from Heathrow and from the chicken burger I ate I managed to contract Campylobacter, a bacterial infection in the gut that caused pretty awful food poisoning symptoms which required antibiotics on my return (Public Health England have been in touch over it). To top it off the room was terrible, the shower has been built into a cupboard and was surrounded by mould. There was one small towel (for three of us) and when I asked for more they didn't have any! The reality of it all was very different from the impression given off by the photos. I would highly recommend avoiding altogether, we turned up late a night and didn't fancy trying to find somewhere else so we stayed, that was a mistake.
My family of 4 have just stayed at this hotel Heathrow Inn Hotel, it is absolutely disgusting, the whole building should be inspected ASAP, we arrived after a day at legoland and was appalled!. the rooms being disgusting, doors handing off their hinges, locks broken, shower flooded the entire bathroom, plug sockets with open exposed live wires, plug sockets hanging off the walls, damp walls with plaster coming off and mould! We have 2 small children and the room was a death trap! We have pictures to prove this too which I will gladly send to you! As it was late at night we decided to stay but if it had been earlier in the afternoon then we would of driven the nearly 4 hours home! . in light of this, it should be closed down or at least inspected!
