    This hotel Marriott was excellent from the time we walked in bedroom lovely big 2 big double beds lovely big bathroom lots of hot wate. Big TV nice clean bed linen and lovely white towels. Hotel staff all very nice good restaurant serving good food. Good buffet breakfast everything you could ask for. Well done to the Marriott hotel to all the staff and management. Me and my sister was on a weekend coach break thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

    We popped in here for a meal. The initial reception was cold and very off putting, we nearly left. There was no warmth at all and in fact the chap made us feel very unwelcome in just 5 mins. That aside our waitress was outstanding. Such a joy and completely made up for the cold reception. She was fun and chatty, and made up for the initial impression. The food was good, well presented and well cooked. We enjoyed the night and left with a good feeling. The restaurant is on the bus service around heathrow so easy to get to wherever you are staying.

    Subject: Formal Complaint – Unhygienic, Unsafe, and Neglected Conditions at Marriott Heathrow Bath Road Gym & Spa Dear Marriott Heathrow Management Team, I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the extremely poor, unhygienic, and unsafe condition of the gym and spa facilities at the Marriott Heathrow Bath Road Hotel. Despite raising these concerns multiple times with your staff, no meaningful action has been taken, and the facilities continue to deteriorate. The following issues require urgent attention: 1. Showers and Changing Areas • Shower doors are broken or not functioning properly. • Changing rooms are out of order and not maintained. • Mold and excessive dirt are present throughout these areas, creating an unsafe and unsanitary environment. 2. Lockers and General Cleanliness • Lockers are filthy, containing dust and grime that has clearly not been cleaned for a long period. • The overall hygiene of the locker rooms is extremely poor and unfit for public use. 3. Jacuzzi, Steam Room, and Sauna • The jacuzzi is not operational. • The steam room has a foul smell and is non-functioning. • The sauna is in unacceptable condition, with dirty surfaces, accumulated sweat stains, and visibly rotten wood. 4. Lack of Management Response • Despite raising these concerns repeatedly, the management has shown no urgency or willingness to address the issues. • This neglect reflects poorly on Marriott’s global reputation for quality, safety, and customer care. The current state of these facilities presents clear health and safety risks, violates basic hygiene standards, and significantly diminishes the hotel experience expected from a Marriott-branded property. I request the following: • Immediate inspection and cleaning of the gym and spa facilities • Prompt repairs to all non-functional equipment and areas • A written response outlining the actions that will be taken • Appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and repeated disregard of prior complaints I trust that Marriott will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take immediate corrective action.     Overall this is a great option to be at for an early flight at LHR. I love that I could access the lounge 24/7 for a hot beverage and a cookie. It would be nice for them to put out something to go for those who would miss breakfast and appetizers ( like us ). But I did appreciate was that it was my birthday and they put in balloons and a card and small bottle of prosecco for me. I must also say that they were quick to respond when my son had a sprained ankle but they didn’t have a bandage for an ankle but for every other body part! What is very cute is the figurine of the badger at the restaurant as I love badgers! Nice touch!

    October 2025: Stayed here for one night before flying out of Heathrow airport. Rooms were good. Bed was very comfortable. Like how they have king size pillows! Executive lounge was top notch. Good appetizers and beverages. This comes included if you have Platinum status or higher. There is no free shuttle to the airport but you can book a car service at the kiosk next to the check in area. Would definitely stay here again if I had an early flight out of Heathrow.

    Although we didn't eat in the restaurant, the food smelled amazing. There was an energetic buzz in the lobby and open restaurant area. We were only in the hotel for one night, but would definitely return. It was modern and clean, and the rooms were spacious and quiet.

    This is a good place if one is looking for a place to stay near Heathrow for flying in or out and for leisure. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is good and can be more welcoming. There is a complimentary leisure centre with a good-sized swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, steam room, and a Sauna cabin. It's good but bit dated. One can notice while using it. Being such a big brand, Marriott should look at this. Food is good at the Italian restaurant Carluccio's. Connectivity to and from Heathrow is excellent, with local buses running every now to Airport.

    This is a great Marriott conveniently located near Heathrow. The hotel facility is beautiful. We didn't use the restaurant but we did use the executive club which had some pretty good food. It was pretty busy in there. I didn't think the white wine was very good but it's from a tap. Very watery. But they did try to have a variety of snacks and treats. I did not eat breakfast in there the next morning but my husband did and he said it was pretty good. I got a glass of wine from the bar out in the lobby and the bartender that helped us was very accommodating and kind. I wish I could remember his name, I know it started with an A. I only gave the rooms four stars because we could not get our heater to turn down or even off and it got so super stuffy, hot and dry in our room. We did inform the front desk and they were kind enough to comp our parking. We regularly visit Marriott hotels and would definitely stay here again.

    Staff was so kind! Room was nice. Don't come here for the pool, it's pretty sad and small. Shower temp was entirely variable at evening and morning. Lobby does feel nice but very odd to have our room window into the lobby.

    The Heathrow area has many hotels to choose from! My experience from Evelina at the Marriott hotel today was 11 out of 10 for customer service and interpersonal skills. It's those things that make a big difference and wins my business commitments. Excellent service, excellent customer service delivered by one of your finest colleague!
