Absolutely absurd experience around here. If the only good thing about ur hotel is the staff at the restaurant and the food, u shouldn't be calling urself a hotel, needless to claim it to be a 4 star hotel. The room cleaning is so ridiculous that even words that describe it can sound unbelievable. My stuff on the bed were all shoved onto the ground as if they are trash instead of on bed necessities that I decided to keep. Who is the staff that was responsible for our room-cleaning that have the arrogance to make decisions about how and where our belongings should sit?! Also my roommate's self brought metal spoon was even disposed against their will or their consent?! Is this really happening in 2025?! The water temperature of the shower is not consistent; the water pressure is pitiful; even the switch of the shower responds slower than 3G signal; plus the drinking water costs a fortune. Reluctant to even to call urself a decent hotel, especially under this horrifying price. Also, under what conditions does a 4 star hotel keep their numerous phone lines unstably unavailable?! A £11/night youth hotel can do better than this. I absolutely expect a much better experience in here considering the money i have been charged. The staffS at the reception ARE also preposterous. They have ambivalent information given to customers and they don't explain why some problems, issues, time wasted were happening. We have sent emails beforehand explaining our situation of our checking-in, but the staffS here are all ignorant about the circumstances. We have to explain it MULTIPLE times to the rotating staffs (under 5 minutes), and each of them universally have no idea of the customers they are dealing with. Lots of time were spent waiting for the staff to clear the information we've already told them to re-check the already-existing information. Provided the group name and the guests names were not enough for ur staff to figure out our booking status, i wonder how is this even possible for a reception system to operate. Not to even mention broken English and attitude some staff have got. The room card management is also absolutely chaotic. We weren't even noticed that the cards will be un-magnetised if they were put together with our phones. So when we went to renew the cards the meticulous explanation and waiting happened again. These are the problems we've encountered so far. I don't want to predict any upcoming problems might be happening and a reminder to future guests: please take care of urself and avoid this hotel. To whom who are reading this and replying, I have went through all of the negative comments and ur replies so please stop ur repeated replies of restating the issues the customers have raised but to make some actual amends or compensation to me at least

Was sent here by the airline due to the delays caused by the recent storm. Everything in the hotel was very easy and quick which is exactly what was needed after a long day of travelling and delays... the rooms are great quality, nice and quiet and the staff were all very helpful. Breakfast was included and I was given a voucher to give them. Check out was easy and the hoppa bus came right on the published time to take me back to T5

I stayed here with my daughter for 2 nights in a twin room. Loved the art deco style decor. The beds and pillows were 10/10 for comfort, just lovely. We had a small fridge and the usual tea and coffee making items. The table and 2 chairs were very handy. It was quiet at night, no disturbances from slamming doors or loud voices. We were able to book an Uber from a touchscreen in the concierge area, very handy. We were ready 15 mins early for the Uber and the lovely concierge Miguel called the company and the Uber arrived 5 mins later. Miguel kindly helped load our 3 heavy cases and handluggage. The Uber took 8 minutes to get to Terminal 2 departures just after 7am on a Monday morning. Would highly recommend staying here and will book again without hesitation.

We were arranged by the British Airways as our flight was delayed. We arrived at check in counter at about 6:00 pm, all the check in process is smooth and efficient, the staff is nice to gave us the meals coupons and recommended us to take the right time shuttle bus to airport in order to catch the flight tomorrow morning. The hotel renovation is fair, the decoration hanging on the wall of the corridor is unique. The room is clean and spacious, bed & the quilting is comfy, environment is quiet. There have fridge, kettle & the shower have great water pressure, the only thing I concern is the hair dryer is so poor. The experience over all for us is very good and we will recommend this hotel to my friends.

It looks great, reception was a trainee. Lovely guy and engaging. Told us he had upgraded us. Old trick in new hands. Already researched and the difference was a couple of square feet. The spa was closed early, we were gutted. But this happens. We had booked what we thought was the set menu in the Steak and Lobster, but online instructions were poor. So we had to sit at our table booked at 20:30 we arrived at 20:25 and set menu started at 21:00. The waiting staff however were attentive, explained why and took our order at 20:50. Food was outstanding and worth the wait. All through the hotel is an oriental theme. We asked 5 members of staff why, 3 had no comprehension of what we were asking. 1 was brand new and was visibly shook by the question but we laughed it off together. Finally the waitress explained the founder has a Chinese friend. Brilliant. Our card didn’t work when returning to the room, it’s a big old place so improved the step count going back to reception. We asked for more milk and Tea Bags which took 50 minutes to arrive at our room. On check out you can pay for parking at reception. No knowledge of this we went to the machine, they were broke so the step count for day 2 got a boost. Look it is what it is, it ain’t a holiday destination is it, and I wouldn’t choose it again. We checked out on the Sunday and we got the text to say checking out on the Monday.

The Radisson Blu Edwardian hotel is the definition of a high end hotel. From the moment you walk in your confronted by a large elegant lobby with a restaurant off to the right and the reception on the left. In Front is a stylish staircase leading up to the royal suites and conference rooms. As for the room this carried on the stylish theme with one of the most comfortable double beds I've ever slept in. The quilt raps you up in our luxury. There is a round glass table and chair next to a stylish cupboard that contains ample coffee and tea maxing facilities. The bathroom is large and clean with the luxury feel continuing throughout including towels and toiletries. The staff are smartly dressed and helpful. I will stay at this hotel again.

Not only were we greeted with instant warmth and kindness, we were given exceptional service and had a very fast check in. The hotel room itself was absolutely lovely and blocked out cold well with its classic sturdy drapes. We also appreciated the hospitality and gesture of compliments. I got this room for me and my sister who has stayed at many 4-5 star locations around the world. She stated this is one of her best experiences and I can’t thank them enough for making it a truly wonderful stay for her and for me.

Great location and clean rooms. Nice lobby and function rooms (attended wedding). Rooms were small but clean and had good facilities. Great bars inside hotel. Issue with the key cards, 2 cards never worked at same time. Repeatedly had to go to reception to reactivate as they kept disabling the working card. This occurred 4 times at least. Also heard same complaints from other guests. Had issue with first room; when checking in we noticed the windows were fully open and AC was on full blast. When closing the windows and turning off the AC we noticed a foul vomit smell, the carpet was damp too. Clearly the staff were covering something up, they should of just reported this and gave us a different room. Reception staff were friendly enough to change rooms swiftly. The main issue however was the room service. For starters there wasn't a QR code or menu in the room. We called and ordered a chicken wrap and chips. The wrap had literally 2 small pieces of chicken and rest of filling was potato. The chef/hotel staff clearly knew what they were doing. I had to ring to explain as they tried to charge for the order when placing the same one. Explained I wasn't going to pay for the wrap nor the chips as they got cold since we wanted to eat together. Very disappointed with the service and the cheek of the hotel using these poor tricks late at night. Won't be staying at this chain again.

Stayed here whilst working nearby. Hotel has a very grand entrance/foyer. Room was fairly spacious and had everything we needed. Was a bit of a maze in the hotel, with lots of corridors. I went for a bit of a wander and there are lots of function rooms situated to the top of the hotel. When we stayed it was quiet so we had a good nights sleep. Staff were friendly and helped when our key card stopped working.
