Dining: The restaurant serves refined, seasonal dishes, and the bar is elegant with a good cocktail selection. Afternoon tea is also a treat. Service: Staff are attentive, professional, and welcoming, which enhances the overall experience. Negatives: Food Portions: While the quality is excellent, portions in the restaurant can feel on the smaller side. Location: The countryside setting is beautiful, but it’s slightly remote if you’re looking for nightlife or easy access to city attractions. Atmosphere: Some guests might find it a little too formal compared to more relaxed luxury retreats. Overall: The Langley is ideal for a romantic getaway, special celebration, or spa retreat. “First time used this Cattery. We had 3 cats to book in whilst we were away and the cats were offered their own ‘chalet’. Paid a visit beforehand and very impressed with the set up as neat, tidy and clean. No problems with booking as we completed the detailed online booking form. Vaccinations were all checked with our vet and very professional set up. Really impressed with the cattery and Irene is obviously extremely passionate about the welfare of animals. Our cats came back to us content and happy. Will DEFINITELY use this Cattery again. Thank you!!!”

“We visited during the day for a couple of pints and booked to return the same evening for our celebrations. It was such a lovely experience, Alisha was a perfect host and arranged some little touches which we very much appreciated. We experienced top end customer service which sadly some places don't quite get. The food we ordered was lovely and well presented, we will undoubtedly return and will try the afternoon tea in an Orb. Some of them are sog friendly too which is great. Thanks to Alisha for making it a memorable evening.”

“Well presented hotel, quiet, air con in the room, fridge to use which was massively helpful and a generally good hotel to stay in. Room was very clean and the option of having the room made up each day was given, weirdly we only had 1 towel after this happened but it was fine. Location is good for travelling further into London.”

“Regularly going twice a year for sewing retreats or courses I really enjoy my stays but it’s the staff who make the difference. Stella on reception was delightful and really friendly to everyone but this last visit Aylesha who was managing the bar on Saturday deserves a shout out. She works hard in a very demanding area of the hotel but still found time to accommodate our request to find a remote and access a programme for us. The kitchen staff work hard and probably don’t get the praise they deserve so well done to them my only thoughts are the chef could review the combinations of food on offer some of them are are abit odd to my tastes. I enjoy an early visit to the leisure facilities but please can someone put the remote back in the gym. I look forward to our November visit Well done to all the staff”

“We visited Beefeater Hayes for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and Jade and Siv were both absolutely lovely. From the moment we arrived, Jade made sure we were well looked after and checked in on us with such a friendly attitude. The food was great—fresh, tasty, and delivered at just the right time. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service was attentive without being intrusive, and everything felt well-organised. Overall, a really pleasant experience and a great start to our day. “Went to the beefeater in Uxbridge today with my family we were warmly greeted by our waitress her name was Candi once Candi had seated us and given us our menu’s Candi took our drinks order’s once Candi brought our drinks over I had a Coke Zero which did not taste right Candi replaced my drink straight away and apologised then proceeded to take our food order’s the food was very tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed all the food we received we all had a very relaxed and enjoyable meal and our waitresses service was outstanding even the manager Kelly was very friendly and we was warmly welcomed by all staff we will definitely be returning again”

“We stayed one night with kids.... nice clean hotel with comfy beds ... its like old house accommodation with lots of nice small garden areas with beautiful summer flowers, location suited us a lot. The staff was very friendly and Breakfast was very good, loved the perfectly made poached eggs, they offer free parking too. recommended for people who want to stay in the budget hotel.”

“Amazing food and service. I stayed at the hotel with my daughter and we tried the bar restaurant for dinner. The lamb curry was one of the best I have had. My daughter loved her burger which looked great too. Definitely recommend finding.. not sure what the other people reviewing were looking for but you just have to come into the hotel and ask for the restaurant”
