The worst place to stop. Virtually no service. The rooms don't encourage staying longer than one night. Room cleanliness is minimal(...)

Easy to find, easy to use. Friendly 'staff' in what appears to be a family run lodgings. Tidy room, clean toilet/shower. Good for anyone on a budget. Ample parking.

Extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel is essentially a construction site, and the alarm kept going off during the night, disrupting sleep. It’s unclear why they are allowed to operate under these conditions—it shouldn’t be open to the public until construction is complete! On top of that, the room heating wasn’t working, though I was fortunate to get a room change. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until all the construction issues are resolved. Parking was free and very close to Uxbridge town which was very convenient.

Wow. I can only come to the conclusion that the 5 star reviews are left by the owners and their mates. They called to ask what time I would arrive, and I said around 7. They said they would send me the code to get in, but never did. Rocked up at 7:15 to be told to wait 10 minutes for him to arrive, so clearly the place has no on site staff, which in itself is a red flag. Then had to wait a further 10 minutes for them to make up/find a suitable room. On arrival at the room he quickly took the pillows and then I had to dither around awkwardly for a further 5 mins for him to bring me some new ones (which still had hair on) The final straw was the state of the cup which had lip marks on and covered in dust and general dirt. There are no keys/cards for rooms. It’s all done on a keypad so anyone who knows the pin can enter your room. As a lone woman with male workers and other men walking around, safe is *not* a word I would use to describe how I felt in that building. According to one of the workers I spoke to, the renovations have been going on for over a year, however looking at these reviews it’s being going on for multiple year. So therefore it just seems to be in a permanent state of disgusting filth. Anyway, let’s move onto the interior. This ‘hotel’ should not be open to the public. See, there’s this thing called a hoover, you should probably invest in one. I’d also recommend clearing the rubbish from your hallways too. The pictures speak for themselves Avoid like the plague Did not feel safe Having travelled a lot and staying cheap hostels and (mainly) hostels all over the Europe, my standards are pretty low. To charge £60 a night for this is utter ludicrous. I’ve never walked out of a hotel/hostel before, but there’s a first time for everything!

Came here as it was near Uni and was recommended by a friend! Upon arrival, the receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming. She told us all the codes for main entrance and the room very fast without giving us anything written! There are no keys ( neither actual keys or cards) so anyone who knows the pin can enter the room and doesn’t feel safe at all! There is a really strong smell of damp in the room with visible black mould around the windows, bathroom ceiling etc. there is no ventilation in the bathroom! Coffee/ tea marks everywhere on walls! Lots of dust around the lamp and wardrobe. They were doing some building/ maintenance and they started making loud noises from early in the morning which you can’t even rest if you need to! Sleeping in your car would probably be better! Not recommended! Terrible experience and overpriced for the place like this!

The manager Bikramjit is a huge lier. He agreed to rent me a room and I already paid the deposit. On the day I was supposed to move he called me innthe morning and asked me to move around 1.30, again he called me and asked me to move around 4.30 pm again he called and asked me move 7.30 pm once agaian at 6.00 pm he called me and asked me that can i go instantly. I couldn’t do that so he started shouting at me on the phone. Then he told me I can only live there for a month. As a student I already talked to him about 6-7 months he started lying again. And started calling me names. I made one of my biggest mistake paying him the deposit and let go of my old room. People should know the truth about this lier and he should be fired immediately.

I loved it, very clean, nice and polite stuff, and nice vehicles outside to be rented.... all occupants were friendly and the smoking area was kept clean with someone always present with a lighter... I felt safe as police were there all the time
