“Very basic room but pretty much what I needed, in exactly the place I needed to be! Manager very pleasant. Could not be handier to Heathrow, just 20 minutes or so by the U3 bus.”
“Absolutely loved staying here overnight. I would highly recommend this lovely place and owner. Went above and beyond to make my stay perfect.”
“Having used Joie de Vivre holidays before, I was happy to use again. The service is excellent. The response from Paul has always been speedy and informative. Very happy with the service and would thoroughly recommend.”
“Fantastic stay at Premier Inn Uxbridge! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and very well run. Huge thanks to Dhanu for his outstanding assistance and excellent management. He truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!”
“Fantastic place to stay for getting into London. It may be at the end of the tube line. But it does get you great service, comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast and best if all, free parking!”
“Basic but clean and a polite owner Great location to get to Oasis 25 #oasis25”
“What a lovely little cafe! Amazing coffee and friendly staff. Me and my friend both had delicious breakfasts, piled high with salmon, perfectly cooked poached eggs, beautiful avocado and crispy bacon. We agreed that you would pay double for a meal like that in London. Thank you to the team at We Love Coffee! Definitely worth a visit if you’re passing through.”
“The Langley Hotel, set within a historic 18th-century mansion in Buckinghamshire, offers a luxurious countryside escape with a real sense of elegance. Positives: Stunning Setting: Nestled in beautiful parkland designed by Capability Brown, the grounds are peaceful and perfect for walks or a relaxing escape. Design & Rooms: The interiors are stylish, with a blend of period charm and modern luxury. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. Spa & Wellness: The spa is a real highlight — state-of-the-art facilities, relaxing treatments, and a gorgeous indoor pool make it a destination in itself. Dining: The restaurant serves refined, seasonal dishes, and the bar is elegant with a good cocktail selection. Afternoon tea is also a treat. Service: Staff are attentive, professional, and welcoming, which enhances the overall experience. Negatives: Food Portions: While the quality is excellent, portions in the restaurant can feel on the smaller side. Location: The countryside setting is beautiful, but it’s slightly remote if you’re looking for nightlife or easy access to city attractions. Atmosphere: Some guests might find it a little too formal compared to more relaxed luxury retreats. Overall: The Langley is ideal for a romantic getaway, special celebration, or spa retreat. It delivers on luxury and atmosphere.”
“I used to hang out here a bit with family and friends in my tweens, teens and twenties; when you lived in Hillingdon in the 70's and 80's, a visit to Denham offered you a window on a beautiful 'other' world! The Falcon is still a great place to drink, and, sitting on the Green outside, with a glass of wine on a sunny day was just about perfect.”
“Very convenient for our needs friendly host. Lovely garden”

“I have been a client here for many years and have always had exemplary advice. My contact, Dipesh Parmar has provided good technical advice on a number of different issues over the years and I believe that the Partners and wider support team make up a very joined up organisation.”
“Arrived Saturday. Lady could not do more for me. Lovely room. Perfectly clean. Lovely location for shops, pubs, restaurants. Station if required. Ample parking. Will be back. Thank you.”
“I had a genuinely excellent stay at ibis Styles London Ealing, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, modern, and well cared for. After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. I especially appreciated the small personal touches, a welcome card waiting in the room and a little chocolate, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Another thoughtful detail that really impressed me was the complimentary pastries available one of the evenings I was there, along with free orange juice for guests. It’s a small gesture, but it adds a warm, generous feel to the hotel and shows real attention to guest experience. The room was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and calm. Everything felt well organized and cared for, and it’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. I would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and thoughtful touches throughout.”
“What a great hotel, rooms were good, great to be able to park. We ate our evening meal and the food was lovely, very good prices as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.”
“An ideal campsite if you want to visit London without an expensive hotel stay. A short Uber ride into West Drayton where you can get a train or underground straight into the city. If London isn’t your bag then you can walk into Dunham (downhill but uphill on the way back) where the is a selection of eateries and shops. Closer to the site is a small airfield where there is the Biggles restaurant as well as a cafe.”
“There was a live artist performing and we had a meal and music deal. The meal was precooked from the varied menu which aided greatly the speed of service. But there was signs of the food having sat about, it was all freshly cooked and tasty. It was a very good evening with friendly people around to chat to and a Happy atmosphere. The singer was very good too. And all at a remarkable price and value for money.”
“Very great place to stay and welcoming staff when viewing the property”
“I had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Ealing and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The room was spacious, quiet, and had an extremely comfortable bed, which ensured a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, making check-in and check-out quick and hassle-free. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transport, shops, and nearby restaurants. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and lives up to the high standards Premier Inn is known for. I would definitely recommend Premier Inn Ealing to anyone visiting London and would happily stay here again.”
“Well presented hotel, quiet, air con in the room, fridge to use which was massively helpful and a generally good hotel to stay in. Room was very clean and the option of having the room made up each day was given, weirdly we only had 1 towel after this happened but it was fine. Location is good for travelling further into London.”
“We had a great stay here. Friendly staff to check us in who always said hello and goodbye as we walked past. Great sized room with a great sized bathroom complete with shower gel and body lotion. Mini fridge with complimentary water and bits for tea and coffee. Fresh towels each day. Wasn’t too warm, good ventilation via windows. Great location 30 seconds from Shepherds Bush Tube Station and a few minute walk to Westfield. On a busy street so can be noisy but we didn’t mind as we were out loads.”
“I just wanted to take a moment to mention how amazing Lucy and Dean are at the Lancaster Hotel. They are both incredibly professional, approachable and genuinely care about people. You can tell they take great pride in what they do, always understanding, supportive and willing to go the extra mile. It is rare to come across managers who are so dedicated and kind-hearted. A big thank you to Lucy and Dean for their exceptional attitude and the way they carry themselves. They are a real credit to the hotel.”
“Room was large with a great bed, lots of different pillow types and sleep quality was excellent, rooms were also quiet. TV, wifi was perfect, lots of charge points including a EU socket. I liked the large window with roller blinds too. Breakfast had a very good range of products, self service or you could order specifically cooked eggs. Some food options nearby or their Zoom restaurant is available as was room service.. Most of all it's the first hotel I've been in where they had recycling bins in the room. A great stay, and staff were very good too.. oh and the rooms have fridges too!!!”
“Regularly going twice a year for sewing retreats or courses I really enjoy my stays but it’s the staff who make the difference. Stella on reception was delightful and really friendly to everyone but this last visit Aylesha who was managing the bar on Saturday deserves a shout out. She works hard in a very demanding area of the hotel but still found time to accommodate our request to find a remote and access a programme for us. The kitchen staff work hard and probably don’t get the praise they deserve so well done to them my only thoughts are the chef could review the combinations of food on offer some of them are are abit odd to my tastes. I enjoy an early visit to the leisure facilities but please can someone put the remote back in the gym. I look forward to our November visit Well done to all the staff”
“As surprised as I am, I have to give 5 stars! It was a great stay, considering it is a 3 star, budget hotel. Rooms were very clean, a bit tired but spotless. The carpet must have been laid out recently because it was still fluffy and soft. I loved the idea of open space underneath the bed as you can easily hoover under and there is no old dust lingering there. There was no musty smell in the rooms and the corridors smelled of fresh cleaning procucts. Our daughter praised the comfort of the kids bed (no springs digging in her body). The food was good, both dinner and breakfast, small buffet but sufficient enough for warm and cold options. I forgot to mention the welcome card on our desk and 2 christmas colouring cards for our daughter which is some serious 5 star hotel add on :) It wasn't perfect but it was surprisingly quiet for a full capacity and we enjoyed our stay throughoutly.”
“Always my first choice when staying in London. Luxury apartments and an exceptional service guaranteed every time. I can't recommend West London apartments enough.”
“Very nice family run excellent breakfast.”
“Really well looked after during my stay would reccomend this place to any1!!! Staff were extremeley friendly and helpful!!!”
