“Latest: Took the dog here, they really are dog friendly! It is a shame the bar lady lacked manners and the ability to treat people like customers, she really let the place down. “Exceptional Authentic Thai Cuisine! I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Hut Pub, and I must say, it was an unforgettable culinary experience. The menu offered a variety of traditional Thai dishes, each prepared with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavour. The highlight for me was the prawn massaman Curry and sticky rice. Would Highly recommend!”

“This restaurant is an absolute gem, with authentic Calabrian food on offer in a fantastic atmosphere, with warm, friendly, and excellent service. The food is competitively priced with other restaurants in the area, but the portions are generous, with a wonderful menu that will have you struggling to make a choice quickly, and quality is unrivalled! Expect to pay around £30 per head with drinks, which was, in my opinion, excellent value. I wouldn’t only recommend this restaurant, but advise anyone in, or visiting Filey to enjoy a dining experience here! Fantastic!!”

“The renovation has completely transformed this pub – it looks fantastic inside and out, with a fresh but welcoming atmosphere. The vibe is spot on: lively yet relaxed, making it just as good for a casual drink with friends as for a proper sit-down meal. The staff couldn’t be friendlier – attentive, warm, and genuinely make you feel at home. Service was excellent throughout, and you can tell they really care about creating a great experience. A brilliant local spot that’s well worth a visit – we’ll definitely be back!”

“We celebrated my birthday at the Millers Tap Uxbridge on Saturday and i wouldn't usually write a review but i couldn't not on this occasion. The staff went above and beyond for us and we was a big table of 18! i was a bit worried as cocktails are on offer and everyone wanting different things could of held up the service but it didn't at all. Big shout out to Oana she was amazing made it a great experience for us even taking group pictures on a chair so we could all be in it haha. So many of my friends have said that they will be returning. The girls behind the bar were also great service with smiles all round and we cant wait to return.”

“Went to the beefeater in Uxbridge today with my family we were warmly greeted by our waitress her name was Candi once Candi had seated us and given us our menu’s Candi took our drinks order’s once Candi brought our drinks over I had a Coke Zero which did not taste right Candi replaced my drink straight away and apologised then proceeded to take our food order’s the food was very tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed all the food we received we all had a very relaxed and enjoyable meal and our waitresses service was outstanding even the manager Kelly was very friendly and we was warmly welcomed by all staff we will definitely be returning again”

“What a lovely little cafe! Amazing coffee and friendly staff. Me and my friend both had delicious breakfasts, piled high with salmon, perfectly cooked poached eggs, beautiful avocado and crispy bacon. We agreed that you would pay double for a meal like that in London. Thank you to the team at We Love Coffee! Definitely worth a visit if you’re passing through.”

The steaks were cooked to absolute perfection, exactly as ordered, and the accompanying peppercorn sauce was truly outstanding – a delightful balance of creamy and peppery. “An Authentic English Pub! This is a real English pub! With more than 300 years of history it has many stories to tell. Highway men drank at this pub. WWI wounded Aussies at the local hospital drank at this pub. Royalty visited this pub. It has real history! Low ceilings. Cosy sitting areas. Well stocked bar. Sunday lunch was excellent! Real pub food! Roast lamb and veg was as good as it gets. But what makes this pub stand out is the people. Wonderful serving staff. Bar manager was attentive, calm, talking effortlessly to every guest. Every one there was a local. Elderly people in their 80’s having a traditional Sunday roast. Listening to the locals was a pleasure. Endless stories. Lots of laughter. These are the real English people you won’t get in a fancy London pub. This is a pub where you are welcome. Just when you think it can’t get any better an “Arthur Daly” lookalike turned up and took over the conversation!!! THE KINGS ARMS IS A GREAT ENGLISH PUB! Worth the visit!”

“I used to hang out here a bit with family and friends in my tweens, teens and twenties; when you lived in Hillingdon in the 70's and 80's, a visit to Denham offered you a window on a beautiful 'other' world! The Falcon is still a great place to drink, and, sitting on the Green outside, with a glass of wine on a sunny day was just about perfect.”

The interior of this italian restaurant is elegant and modern, the staff welcoming and the menu has something for everyone fish seafood,chicken, salads, vegetables,lamb, veal and a good range of starters mains and desserts. “Great tasty Greek (Cypriot) food. The place is small but cosy and has its own charm in a way. Very genuine. Food gets served in a reasonable time and the staff is very friendly. “A real English pub owned and run by the managers in the Center of Harefield. Filled with locals who make you feel welcomed and staff that go the extra mile. The food is excellent, a balance of traditional English pub food and Asian cuisine that are perfect. Drinks prices are probably the best around and you can sit around the fire or tuck yourself away on the sofa. Highly recommended.”

“We needed somewhere to celebrate a life. We were lucky enough to choose Lisa's bar at the Stockley Park Golf Clubhouse. They provided a really good buffet for around 100 guests. We were able to display some memories on a TV screen. The service and everything about the day made a very sad occasion as pleasant as possible. Staff were all great. Happily recommend for any occasion. Thank all involved.”

“Hi, was looking for a hair salon nearer to me, as I normally go to a place in Ealing . Not this time,l. I managed to get an appointment with Hallie. I’ve never been here before for a hair cut so I was a bit nervous. After having my hair washed, I met Hallie Very lovely young girl. She asked me lots of questions re the length and cut etc. initially, I was nervous but slowly I could see how knowledgeable Hallie was and this put me to ease. We had a nice conversation during my visit. I was very pleased with my end result . The length and cut and styling was great , now she will become my go to stylist . It’s very hard to find a stylist who knows what will be a good cut for a client .well done and thank you Hallie. 19/02/25 second visit here. Booked online but they couldn’t find my booking . However, they were able to fit me in . Georgia washed and styled my hair and I was pleased with the cut and style . £42. She was helpful and friendly . Will be back in another three months time for sure . Thank you Georgia . I forgot to ask her to take a photo of my hair at the salon. So this photo I took at home .”

“Where do I start... 10/10. The staff and service was incredible. The owner really made our night for mother's day. The food was incredible, absolutely delicious and huge portions. Great pricing. Lovely restaurant aswell, very spacious and clean. Order the fried dough balls and watch your head when you go toilet.”

“What a great little find! Well, the pub isn’t little by any stretch but very nicely decorated, with impeccable staff and food. All plates were generous in size, kids meal also quite bit with loads of chunky chips! Great meeting point with lovely views of the lakes.”
