“What a turnaround! After the absolute fiasco at the Quorn Hotel (our original anniversary plan – let’s just say we won’t be rushing back), we decided to try this place instead. And wow, what a glow-up for our evening! Yes, there were a couple of little hiccups with the food at first – but the staff fixed everything so quickly and so cheerfully that we almost wished something else would go wrong, just to see them in action again. Customer service here deserves a standing ovation! The music was a tad on the loud side, but we powered through like two seasoned party veterans. The chicken curry was tasty – even if the chicken clearly came from a very proud thigh and not a breast – and those sweetcorn fritters? Honestly, they could have been the star of the night. Crispy, golden little bites of happiness! All in all, this restaurant turned a shaky start into a great anniversary evening. Not bad for Plan B – might even be Plan A next time. In summary a nice but lively place with decent food and drinks well worth a visit, we look forward to going here again.”

“Family have just had a fantastic Sunday meal. 7 adults, 2 children. The staff were lovely attentive yet unobtrusive. The food was lovely, plentiful and served hot. Good value. “The first time we went here was for the Open Mic which is every Wednesday. Love the decor, the staff are friendly and welcoming, a great space to chill or to get down on the dance floor! Very aesthetically pleasing and great tasting cocktails for a reasonable price!”

“Went to the Feel Good Quiz yesterday, not your usual quiz, so much fun! The host Sunny was amazing, great crowdwork getting everyone involved, loved the first music round, excellent start to get everyone into the quiz and format! Really great atmosphere, everybody was having a blast! A special shout out to the bar staff Scarlett and Bernard who were going around and making sure everyone had a drink on hand or anything else they needed! Will definitely be coming back for this next week!”

“Booked a table for 15 people for my daughter’s birthday. Booking process was easy thanks to the friendly Paige. Great selection of small plates and burgers. The lovely Manager Oillie greeted us as we got seated. Staff were patient with our group as we ordered separately which meant some of us forgot what we ordered! Haha. Everyone enjoyed the food! They ensured that we were looked after. My daughter and her friends had a great time. General vibe was warm and welcoming. Great for families and general customers. “Loved our stay at this hotel. I was in room 705 which was impeccably clean and well presented. The breakfast service was amazing. Such a huge choice from pancakes, fruit, bread, cakes, cereal to a full English. We were served by Francisco who was simply amazing. He looked after our table of 7 with such care, especially my elderly mum. I dont have much to say apart from it was wonderful! Thank you all!”

“Can't recommend it highly enough. Took my 90 year old grandparents here for lunch to celebrate my grandma's birthday and the staff and food were amazing. The food was delicious, high quality, there were plenty of veggie options, gluten free etc, and it was clearly cooked well and by someone who cares what they're doing. I didn't get the name of the man working in the restaurant but he was so great with my grandparents and they were able to modify the menu to suit my grandma's needs so a huge thanks to all the staff today. We all absolutely loved everything about our experience and we're super impressed. Oh and the birthday dessert for my grandma was a really lovely surprise!”

“Fantastic Experience at Odeon Leicester! Odeon Leicester is a great place to watch the latest movies. The theatre is clean, well-maintained, and the seating is very comfortable—especially the recliners in the Luxe screens. The picture and sound quality are top-notch, making every film feel immersive. Staff are polite and helpful, and the whole experience from ticket booking to the end of the movie is smooth and enjoyable. Definitely one of the best cinemas in Leicester!”

“This is our first visit and we truly enjoyed it! The location is perfect and there are paid parking lanes just outside the pub. Lovely interior and well organised areas to sit for a drink or eat food. On this visit we stayed inside but there's a lovely garden with heated huts! We ordered two chicken burgers that were juicy and a tasty chicken Caesar salad. Every Sunday they serve roasts, amongst regular meals, and children below 12 eat free. This is a lovely gesture and I applaud them for giving back to the local community.”

“Ladies, fellas, everyone... get down here and check out the amazing live Indian music, particularly on a Saturday night! Never experienced anything like it before and I've been to a fair few indian pub nights including many visits here. We had some food before in the pub area and then went down to the restaurant side to enjoy some great music and everyone was dancing their socks off!! Good old Leicester huh... Great food, great local! Only downsides are maybe the loos and they never have any "crispy bhajiya" in!! Sort it out!”
