   Showcase Cinema Leicester has a good number of screens and some nice lounge areas, which is great for variety and comfort before the movie. However, the actual theatre experience wasn’t the best. The seats were quite uncomfortable and even gave us back pain, which really affected the overall experience. The washrooms were decent, but the popcorn options were very limited. Drink options were okay, nothing special. Overall, it’s an average experience — some good facilities, but the main part (the cinema hall and seating) needs improvement. 3 stars.

   Great cinema good size. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very easy process if you buy tickets online. It’s quite a large cinema, 3 floors accessible either by escalators or a lift. Will surely come back again

   Very good rooms with a nice temperature. I didn't notice elevator for the disabled but that's because I wasn't looking for it, so I'm not sure if they have. The restrooms are hygienic. One thing to mark is the volume, for me is just too loud. For little children it's not advisable

   Bad experience. The heating wasn’t working in screen 2 and it was absolutely freezing. Was informed the thermostat was broken however the screen 2 should have been closed as it’s a health and safety issue. Will not be coming here again! People should not be able to bring in food from outside and don’t attend cinemas if you’re unwell. There was a person who was constantly coughing which was a concern for our health and a distraction.
