We waited for our food more than half an hour. We have got Chicken for the baby and the taste was with some fish taste and very dry, basically they cooked everything on the same oil, the Drinks were better than the food for sure - I wouldn't recommend it for food.
The ambience and the music is perfect for a nice evening date. Bernardo served us for the evening and he was very patient and helpful with suggestions. The food was exquisite with amazing flavours. Definitely recommended for a good dinner.
Was served by Betty, she was lovely and funny and made it a very nice experience! Ordered the chicken quesadillas which were amazing, all the food was fantastic so very big compliments to the chefs. If I lived in Leicester I would definitely come back!
Lovely little find! Weekday afternoon so quiet...how Lovely! Quirky decor, which I loved! Great cocktails and delicious food! Waitress very attentive and friendly which made for a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely go back and take friends! Fantastic!
I love this place! It has such a relaxed and fun vibe, the food and drinks are spot on and service is good too :). Bodega does some lovely reasonable lunch time deals , so if you are in the area, highly recommend visiting.
One of my favourite food places in Leicester. It is has amazing prices and the food taste amazing. The staff are honestly so great and really help with the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend the lunch menu as itβs a great price and also fills you. They always have great offers and I would really recommend going here
I was looking forward to trying this restaurant as I've seen good reviews about it. I loved the ambience walking into it. Very Mexican. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The cocktails were amazing! The beef birria, I found quite sour. The blue corn tacos that came with it was nice, so was the dips. The sweet potato fries were really good. The dark chocolate tart was too rich for me. I'll definitely be back as I have a few things on the menu that I would like to try. All in all, good value for money.
Itβs my second time to come for a lunch in Bodega Cantina. We would say if you prefer to have small plates, this restaurant is one of a good place to chill out. We had ordered Baja Fish, Mexican cola chicken wings and Mexican chicken with spicy rice. We appreciated the cola chicken wings the most as we love its ginger flavour and mixed well with cola. We feel a bit disappointed about the chicken with spicy rice and its a bit bland and tasteless. Baja fish is nice with lime juice. We ordered a cup of cocktail and turned out to two and one was free.
I celebrated my birthday yesterday in Bodega. The food was amazing, the service remarkable and we had a lovely time there. The nachos are a must along with the Elotes. I also tried the argentinian steak and was delicious, tender and juicy.
