   2nd time burnt our chips. Had missing items and then couldnt correct so half of us didnt get to eat. Wouldnt use this chinese. We found kibworth chinese to be much better.

   Such a shame, we love capital house takeaways, ordered tonight, said 1.5-2hrs delivery 2 hrs 20 minutes later still not here. Called at exactly 2hrs, ‘sorry for the wait, he’s in his way’ 2 hrs 20mins still not here, we cancelled should have gone to Taks in Oadby, think I’ll go there from now on

   Was told 30-45 mins for delivery which was absolutely fine 1hr30mins later no food rang twice and was told driver on way still took a further 30mins, food was bland, greasy, and seemed like it had been sat for long time, which is a shame because we always use this Chinese on a Sunday as Kibworth is shut but we won’t be using again. Waste of £50!

   Live in Kibworth but tried it on recommendation from a friend. Ordering process is very organised and efficient which is a big plus. As per any other Chinese the time they gave us was well off and I was sat waiting for 30 mins for my food. In comparison to Kibworth House the food was fine but not fantastic. The biggest disappointment was the portions being half the size for the same price, I was actually left hungry at the end. If you don't mind a short drive I'd recommend Kibworth House l, good size portions and delicious food

   We ordered for delivery, we waited for an hour and 40 minutes. They did tell us an hour as they were busy. We got our food and it was the wrong order. We called them and they said they had delivered our food a few doors down and the driver would swap it. I told them we had opened the food. The driver brought our food and it had been opened too and a lot of the sauce was in the bottom of the bag. We refused it and he said he would go and get us fresh food. He came back 20 minutes later, I ordered king prawn curry and I noticed the prawns weren’t the correct consistency, they were really dry and “gritty”. The chicken balls were really soggy and oily. It was obvious to me that they had just reheated and repackaged our original order! I ate about half of my curry and it just wasn’t right. 24 hours later, my stomach was really off…. 48 hours later, it’s even worse! Thank you for reheating my prawns and ruining my whole weekend! We are never ordering food from you again! Very disappointed as we are good customers and we normally order large orders on a regular basis.

   Food late, orderd a chicken curry very dry, chips soggy. I understand busy times but you order a time and half hour later in a car with delivery driver food isn't gonna be nice.. I will try again just because local but hey I do not complain ever , people that know me no I never complain.. Normally get prawn crackers... no.. I understand from a back ground of hospitality that things go wrong but worst meal ever!!! That hurts me saying about local business... got to be half right at least and this was not!
