Two times I have eaten in this pub. It is cosy and noisy and has got good food. If you want to enjoy a drink and take in some live music this a great place to be with a great staff that appreciates it's customers.

The best Yorkshire pudding I’ve had in a whiiiile. The table was dressed all Christmassy, complete with mirrored bauballs and crackers for pulling together. All the meals were proper fresh and yummy and served in hot plates. Christmas classics and cheery pub vibes. Thanks for a great family Christmas meal!

Had an amazing evening here after attending an event earlier down the road. Great atmosphere, wonderful live music and all the staff were really friendly. Lorna working behind the bar is an absolute queen I loved her energy!

Fantastic Irish Pub Experience! I had a great time at The Askew! It’s got that warm, welcoming Irish pub vibe that makes you want to stay all night. The atmosphere was lively without being too loud, and the drinks were spot on. A special shout-out to Michelle, the barmaid she absolutely wonderful! Friendly, attentive, and full of charm, she really made the evening memorable. Can’t wait to come back for another pint of Guinness!! Highly recommend!

*** One day after writing below massive price rise. Cheapest White Wine now up by a whopping £2.20 for lg glass to £8.80 Friday offers also up. The Askew is now gone from affordable to the most expensive of mainstream 'locals' pubs in area Such a shame to price local wine drinkers out of the venue ! ************************ I have lived locally here for many months, and the beautiful exterior, along with an 'upmarket' look for a pub and no promotional posters, led me to assume it is too expensive. I'm so happy to say I was wrong. House white large £6.30 in an area that ranges from £5 to £11! On Fridays, see a bottle of 'very nice' fizz for £15 and BTL wine for £12. The outside garden is much larger than what you see at the front, extending to the side and back of the building. The most unexpected experience was how the staff's excellent welcome and friendly service spread a great atmosphere among the customers. A communal seating bench outside, i saw people who had never met before charting. I've never seen the level of 'stranger-socials' in my life at a pub! Roll on next Friday

Great Sunday Roast and cozy place. They have three options of roasts, beef, pork, and chicken. The beef roast was really well served and good price for London and for the portion that you get, especially the amount of beef. I visited the place during the winter, so the outdoor space was too cold to be used, but the space looks very comfortable and I'll definitely come back over the summer to visit their garden

Very decently priced Irish pub in the heart of West London. The crowd is friendly and they have TVs where they play sports. The drinks are cheap and good quality. There is ample space in both the garden and the pub.

The pub is the closest to our home but we avoid it and walk down further to the Queen Victoria which is by far more superior. That being said, the staff in this pub are always friendly, but the place is let down by the food which is very average £9 for a cheese ploughman that comes with a very basic chopped salad pre-covered in nasty mayonnaise , a few cocktail pickles and a few bits of basic cheddar. We had to ask for the “ baguette “ which arrived late and was 2 pieces of plain white bread

Amazing Fish and chips, best ones I had in London. Too bad there was no wifi there, really needed to make a call.
