“Lenny is an absolute legend at sports massages. I had heard of sports massages but I’ve never really understood the need but now I fully understand how incredible they are for any injuries or pain you may be suffering. But I badly injured my neck and was struggling with pain and moving my head to the right. after just one hour session with Lenny I noticed a huge improvement with mobility and pain relief almost instantly It was still not 100% but after 48 hours doing some gentle excercise Lenny advised to do I am back to being 100% with my neck and completely out of pain. “Hi, was looking for a hair salon nearer to me, as I normally go to a place in Ealing . Not this time,l. I managed to get an appointment with Hallie. I’ve never been here before for a hair cut so I was a bit nervous. After having my hair washed, I met Hallie Very lovely young girl. She asked me lots of questions re the length and cut etc. initially, I was nervous but slowly I could see how knowledgeable Hallie was and this put me to ease. We had a nice conversation during my visit. I was very pleased with my end result . The length and cut and styling was great , now she will become my go to stylist . It’s very hard to find a stylist who knows what will be a good cut for a client .well done and thank you Hallie. 19/02/25 second visit here. Booked online but they couldn’t find my booking . However, they were able to fit me in . Georgia washed and styled my hair and I was pleased with the cut and style . £42. She was helpful and friendly . Will be back in another three months time for sure . Thank you Georgia . I forgot to ask her to take a photo of my hair at the salon. So this photo I took at home .”

“What looks like a little hidden away spa in Uxbridge high street is actually a big spa full of exciting and very reasonable priced treatments. I had Deluxe Normal Polish Manicure, I really liked the idea of this, as it included hand scrub, massage and hot towel.. and OMG it was brilliant. I've never had this treatment on my hands before, oh my hands felt and smelt amazing. The women used some amazing oils and scrubs. My nails..wow!!! The women did such a amazing job, my nails actually look like they are false.. lovely colouring, beautifully shaped and trimmed. Despite them being short on staff, only 2 people on, they were very efficient, really friendly and fantastic at their job.”

“Had my first post 'lock down' haircut today from a young gentleman called Ryan, he did a fantastic cut and now has a new regular for as long as he's working there. The lady that owns the salon was there as well, made both my daughter and myself feel welcome from our first step inside the door until the moment we left .... will be booking both my wife and daughter in to see her as soon as she has a slot free. Cannot recommend this place enough, they also have a lash room in the building run by a lovely young lady called Donna .... unfortunately due to government restrictions the lash facilityisn't open yet, but i advise checking it out as soon as it;s back in operation. Fully deserved 5 star rating.”

“Golds gym is a great all rounder gym with great changing rooms which house a woman’s only jacuzzi, steam and sauna. The swimming pool is great and also has another jacuzzi. The gym has two floors of equipment, with an extensive weight selection. The classes are very popular so book early to avoid dis-appointment. The cleaners work really hard in keeping the gym lovely and clean and the staff are all very helpful and welcoming.”

I'd like to extend a personal thanks to my incredible swimming instructor Hamid for being so helpful over the past few months. He's completely changed the game for me in terms of my swimming skills (I went from barely able to swim to now floating and swimming and rolly polly-ing in the deep end). He's an amazing instructor. I'm so glad I booked swimming lessons here!”
