   I’m very disappointed with the cluster lash service I received. The clusters were poorly applied, particularly around the inner corners, where they were placed too close to the lash line and were too long. This caused immediate discomfort and pain. Two of the clusters were so uncomfortable that I had to go to another lash salon the same day to have them removed. My inner corners look terrible. There is still an inner corner cluster causing discomfort, but it could not be safely removed at home without pain, so I was forced to leave it in place to avoid damaging my natural lashes or irritating my eye further. On top of this, when I asked the technician questions during the appointment, I felt ignored and not properly responded to, which was unprofessional and made the experience even more uncomfortable. Lash services should never cause pain or require removal elsewhere due to poor application, and clients should feel listened to and reassured. This experience was inconvenient, upsetting, and far below the professional standard I expected. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

   I had a Hollywood wax with sunita she was great I will always book with her from now on. She made me feel very comfortable the wax was almost painless. Even though I was at the start a bit nervous once she spoke to me I felt very calm and comfortable. I would 100 percent recommend her for any wax she is amazing will come here more often.

   Had a manicure and got shellac nails as I'm getting married in the summer and wanted to give it a go. I have to say I'm disappointed with the quality of the work. Claimed the nails would last 2 weeks, 3 days in and some of the edges have already peeled off. There was an additional layer of shellac polish that was put on to my index nail (after the oil had been applied) which didn’t cure properly. Given the price I paid, I expected them to at least last a week. Will not be going back.

   Needed a shellac manicure so I’ve come here (walk in) as I’m travelling the next day. I specifically asked for straight square nails at the start. I noticed that my thumb nail was not square and not even round but wonky and an uneven shape. I told the lady when I noticed it. I asked her to file it and she said…. She can’t. I asked her why and she said because she’s already started painting the nail. I’m not one to make a scene but I was very taken aback. I’ve had many shellac manicures done and when the shape isn’t as asked, they always file it. I’m paying for a service and I’ve got to go home and complete it myself? I’ve attached a picture and have a look yourself. How she can send me off like this and take my money was upsetting. If the lady was unable to give me what I wanted from the start, then she should have told me rather than me wasting time and money. I genuinely wanted to cry when I saw my nails. Nail polish was also applied on the skin. Really sorry Adorn Beauty, but this was very disappointing for me.

   Worst French manicure I have ever received in my life. The lady did the French tips on my hand, and smudged it a couple of times, on nail had air bubbles in it. Looked like a child had done it, I would have done a better job myself. Plus you're sitting in complete filth with old unwashed towels on the tables with other people's nails cuttings. I expressed I was not happy with my nails and they did not offer me a refund, but instead I had to waste my time to get the shellac taken off and redone again but another lady, and the results where mediocre. Horrible experience ruined my day. Do not go here for nails, you will waste your money and time. Only go here if you want your nails to look as though a five year old has done them.

   I have been there twice, on first occasion the receptionist told me they charge £7 extra for shellac removal if not done previously at their salon. Today I have been told they always charge £7 regardless. That would have been ok if the website booking said so. I paid £51 today and upon closer inspection at home I realised how bad it looks. The nails are unevenly painted and polish is on my cuticles. Another thing, I pointed out that reception desk looks horrible, the paint is coming off from the display and generally it looks very unappealing comparing to the rest of the salon. To which the receptionist replied that it’s ok because she is covering it while standing up. Such a dumb reply, honestly. Pathetic service.
