   I went here previously for a pedicure which was lovely. I came again a few weeks ago, the day before my holiday to have a pedicure, lash lift and eyebrow tint and shape. I arrived home extremely upset at how it turned out. I left the salon with uncured and nessy nails, glue all over my eyelids, over processed eyelashes, no tint at the root of lashes, a swollen eye due to product getting in it and rough eyebrows with loose hairs still visible. We called up and expressed our concern and was back and fourth with a manager who eventually offered a refund. I then had to go back to the salon to retrieve it even though I paid via card. I'm appreciative that I received the refund but it ruined my holiday and wasted hours of my time. Unfortunately I would not recommend here for the services above and I won't be returning.

   What looks like a little hidden away spa in Uxbridge high street is actually a big spa full of exciting and very reasonable priced treatments. I had Deluxe Normal Polish Manicure, I really liked the idea of this, as it included hand scrub, massage and hot towel.. and OMG it was brilliant. I've never had this treatment on my hands before, oh my hands felt and smelt amazing. The women used some amazing oils and scrubs. My nails..wow!!! The women did such a amazing job, my nails actually look like they are false.. lovely colouring, beautifully shaped and trimmed. Despite them being short on staff, only 2 people on, they were very efficient, really friendly and fantastic at their job.

   I love coming here to get all my beauty treatments done. This time my therapist was “Florentina”. She did an amazing design on my nails. They always do a good job and all the staff are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Love the cleanliness of salon…Would definitely recommend coming here to anyone❤️

   I've been going to Charlotte and Chantelle for procedures for years. The customer service is excellent and I found the coolsculpting and cavitation to be quite effective (and not too uncomfortable). The salon is kept in good clean condition and nicely decorated. It's nice that they do so many things, such as nail polish, facials and tanning beds under one roof. Highly recommend.

   Would never go back! We got horrible manicures done by the manicurist. Cuts on cuticles, didn't soak our hands in water when cleaning our cuticles when the other person with us got that done. Nail polish looks aweful had to come home and take mine off. Would never go back. Had to request for a refund from the manager because I don't think I should have to pay based on what I left with, no response from management yet.

   They fit me in at the last minute which I really appreciated BUT they gave me the lady who does the threading who unfortunately knows nothing about painting nails! I could have done a better job at home, I just didn't have the time. I took in the colour I wanted, she said they had it at the salon, and yet still used the nail polish I took in. When the lady at reception asked me how everything was I told her it was a shody job and not great and she still took the full amount. I'd rather they didn't give me the appointment if they didn't have anyone qualified.
