   We recently celebrated a 21st birthday here and couldn’t have chosen a better spot! The service was absolutely outstanding — the staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make the night special. Everything ran so smoothly, and they made us feel truly looked after from start to finish. The location was perfect — easy to find, with plenty of parking and a great setup for both dining and celebrating. The atmosphere was warm and lively. It created the ideal backdrop for a memorable night with family and friends. The food and drinks were delicious, beautifully presented, and came out promptly. Highly recommend this venue for anyone planning a celebration or just looking for a great dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

   Was there last night (10/10/25). For a drink and trying out the shisha. As a person whose done shisha for 20+ years, I do know what is good and not good shisha. This experience wasn’t. The shisha smoked well for 10/15 minutes before it became harsh and unpleasant (this a bad sign!). Service came to resolve the situation which I appreciated. However, the flavour didn’t last more than 40 minutes. When we asked staff to resolve this, service became poor as they tried to justify that was normal and we were being unreasonable. I strongly advise them to learn from other shisha establishments how they make their shisha. They would see what they claimed was absolutely ridiculous. The setting for the place was nice. Can’t fault that. But for shisha, I would strongly recommend you don’t go here for it. There are far superior places to go to nearby than here. And at the price point of £35, it was simply not worth it.

   If you want to celebrate a milestone – celebrate it at Fire & Ice! I usually come here on occasion for a cigar by myself to unwind, and the staff are always so welcoming and attentive. I decided to have my 40th birthday party here – and they did not disappoint! Responses were always very quick to any queries I had via email, and they made sure everything ran smoothly. Everyone who attended said how much of a great time they had! They helped with the drink selection and menu which was a massive help! One thing I did not remember to do was discuss the cutting of the cake or how it was to be distributed, but they made sure they were on hand to help and ensured everyone had a chance to have a taste by putting them in small bite size boats on serving trays. I even forgot to take home the remainder of the cake at the end of the night, but they held on to it and I picked it up the next evening. The decorations were phenomenal, and it was them that recommended the supplier who gave a really good quote (I know, as I shopped around!). Thank you to all the staff at Fire & Ice for making it an unforgettable experience!

   Nice vibe. Great staff and service. Food and cocktails were delish. UPDATE 11/01/23: A vastly different experience is eve. We went in for desert and a coffee (because it was lovely last time)... waffles were not fresh at all and when i asked for a coffee, i was told by the waiter 'we are not a coffee shop' ... erm, you made me a lovely soy latte when I had my babyshower with you a few months ago?! Staff were gossiping away because we asked for tap water as deserts were too sweet. Never known this place to behave this way as they have always been great. Shame.

   Absolutely love this place. The staff are absolutely amazing and Nev the barman makes the best drinks, especially cocktails. Food is really good and they're always quite busy. Weekends they have Djs which is great and ideal if you're looking for a vibe. Highly recommend to anyone. Only downside is that their prices are slightly higher than what you'd expect in a local area so just be mindful, but other than that the place is amazing. Great interior deco, very spacious and they even have a shisha lounge at the back. Would definitely go back again.

   Fire and Ice is amazing the coolest bar in the area on point with anything similar in london but local. The staff are fantastic, the drinks are amazing, an all round fantastic experience. Was here for the 50th birthday and my guests and I had the best time. The DJ is amazing and keeps the party rocking .

   Second visit here and both times its been great. The venue itself is relaxed yet buzzy, the service is great, and the cocktails are fab as is the shisha. Were were served by Jasmine who was great all evening! A lovely local venue worth a visit.
