   The sheets and towels and pillows are clean. The rest of the room? Fingerprints on glass/surfaces. Weird stains everywhere. The mattress is soft and lumpy. The room smells like a toilet cake, the acidic aroma burning your eyes. They call it a four star hotel. Maybe they meant 4/10. Why not a one star rating? The staff is very friendly. Bathroom is clean and spacious. The location is amazing, literally one minute from the Shep Bush Central Line Station, two minutes to Westfield Mall, and plenty of great shops and bars and restaurants nearby. If you are unbothered by smudgy, loud accommodations (or don’t mind sleeping on a bed that feels like it’s been “used” a thousand times) book a room here.

   We had a great stay here. Friendly staff to check us in who always said hello and goodbye as we walked past. Great sized room with a great sized bathroom complete with shower gel and body lotion. Mini fridge with complimentary water and bits for tea and coffee. Fresh towels each day. Wasn’t too warm, good ventilation via windows. Great location 30 seconds from Shepherds Bush Tube Station and a few minute walk to Westfield. On a busy street so can be noisy but we didn’t mind as we were out loads.

   Conveniently located near an underground station, about 25 minutes from the London Eye. The receptionist was friendly during check-in, and the room was clean. However, there are some drawbacks: no shampoo or conditioner provided, the front desk rarely answers calls, the WiFi is unreliable, and the room is quite small – barely enough space to open one large suitcase at a time. Would recommend if you prioritize location over comfort.

   Clean and well presented. Tucked away in the corner of shepherds bush green and walkable distance to shepherds bush empire. There was scaffolding around the outside of the building and signs in the room so not to compromise privacy. The rooms had everything we needed including water tea and coffee. Wardrobe space a safe and fridge. Value for money clean and would stay again. If sensitive to noise it was quite loud with traffic and sirens but it didn't affect our sleep!

   THE most cramped tiny room with a tiny, uncomfortable bed. 1 electrical socket with a lose connection so it didn’t work, stains on the bed sheets and stains all over the curtains. Booked 3 nights and after 1 terrible sleepless night we left and booked alternative accommodation. Manger nowhere to be seen when we asked to speak with them, and they wouldn’t return our money either. Seriously don’t waste your money, you couldn’t swing a cat in this dirty hotel.

   The only redeeming quality that this hotel has to offer is that it is right by the tube station and it was quite easy to get to Heathrow. As for the actual hotel itself: yikes! The room was filthy, with disgusting stains all over the curtains and headboard. The in-room phone was sticky and clearly had not been wiped down, possibly ever the light fixture was coated in dust. The bathroom, which was an accessible bathroom, which is ironic since the hotel itself is not accessible, had zero ventilation, so our towels were always damp and none of the windows open properly. The water from the shower did not drain fast enough, which essentially flooded the entire bathroom floor and we had to use the dinky towel/mat they gave use to stop the water from reaching the door (what they should provide is a squeegee on a long handle). The bed was quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on and the linens were stained and kept bunching up. The temperature of the room was either too hot or too cold. The hotel is by a very busy intersection, so there are sirens blaring at all hours of the night. The in-room safe didn't work, so we had to carry our passports with us throughout London. Honestly, I have never been more upset about the state of a hotel room being drastically different than what I expected it to be, based on other people's reviews. Maybe it's decent for a single traveler, but certainly not for couples and don't even think about staying here with kids.

   Really pleasant boutique hotel. Right in the centre of things but with good double glazing. There is no real frontage and the hotel is entered through a single ground floor door. Reception is on the first floor and the hotel is probably not very accessible for anyone with mobility problems

   I have just stayed here for the second time and it was as good as the last. This hotel offers value for money considering it's great location right next door to the station. The rooms of of a high quality, having travelled the world as airline crew I've stayed in some top hotels and this is up there with some of them. The rooms look and feel clean and fresh, they offer extras like a hairdryer which others at similar prices don't. Overall I'd definitely recommend W12 Rooms, and would use them again. The reception staff are helpful and very friendly too.

   Very handy for Shepherds Bush Underground/Overground, literally next door, and above a 24 hour co-op shop. Plenty of dining options nearby. VERY clean and tastefully appointed room. Staff were freindly and helpful. A little noisy because of street musicians outside the tube station on arrival but this did not go on late, so did not disturb our sleep. Great value for the £. Recommended.
