I had a genuinely excellent stay at ibis Styles London Ealing, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt welcoming, modern, and well cared for. After a long journey, Mac made the check-in process smooth, friendly, and completely stress-free, which instantly put me at ease and set a great tone for the stay. The room itself was spotless with a unique cinema theme that made it stand out from a typical hotel room. I especially appreciated the small personal touches, a welcome card waiting in the room and a little chocolate, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Another thoughtful detail that really impressed me was the complimentary pastries available one of the evenings I was there, along with free orange juice for guests. It’s a small gesture, but it adds a warm, generous feel to the hotel and shows real attention to guest experience. The room was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was friendly and calm. Everything felt well organized and cared for, and it’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. I would happily stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and thoughtful touches throughout.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. We arrived much earlier than the official check-in time, but the staff kindly allowed us to leave our luggage so we could explore London without any problems, which we really appreciated. When we checked in, the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we expected. If you’re not from the UK, we recommend bringing a UK plug adapter; however, there are USB ports available to charge your phone. There are no power sockets in the bathroom, so if you plan to wash and dry your hair, the sockets are located in the bedroom. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of options, not just a traditional English breakfast. My partner is vegan and found suitable alternatives such as oat/soy milk, jam, organic seeds, fruit which was a great plus. The hotel is conveniently located about an 8-minute walk from Ealing Broadway metro station, on the Elizabeth Line. From there, it’s easy to connect to several major lines, including the Central (red), District (green), and Northern (black) lines, making it very convenient to get around London. Everything was perfect during our stay. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — they even offered us free muffins one evening, which was a lovely surprise. On our departure day, they also allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out and pick it up later in the day, as our flight was in the evening. Special thanks to Vinay and Shria, who were extremely helpful and always available to assist us. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

A really good hotel, specially if you are on a business trip or even if exploring London. When you only want a decent bed to spleep and a hot shower, this is the place to go. Staff is kind and helpful, the place is tidy up and you have access to lots of restaurants and stores on the main street. Easy access to central London! The only improving point would be the breakfast, a bit more variety would do the trick

I placed my rings on the table with the kettle and the coffee, then I left my room. While I was away, the housekeeping staff came in — they changed the towels and cups, and made the beds. However, I later found one of my rings on the tray with the kettle, even though I hadn’t put it there, and the other ring is missing! - Dear Management Team, Thank you for your previous response. However, I would like to emphasize that my ring completely disappeared from my room — it’s as if it vanished without a trace. I am absolutely certain I left it on the table beside the kettle and coffee before leaving the room. When I returned, the housekeeping team had already entered and rearranged several items in the room, which makes it even more concerning. I have searched everywhere carefully, but the ring is simply gone. Please take this matter seriously and review the CCTV footage and housekeeping records for that day. I would appreciate an update on any findings as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention and understanding. Best regards

The hotel is very clean and fresh style and staff are friendly and welcoming. Continental breakfast is reasonable. The only things I didn't like were the room lighting was quite dark and the temperature was a bit hard to control to warm up the room. I did sleep pretty well though as the bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

Strange central heating noises at 04:30 in the morning. Seriously strange and loud. No phone in the room so stuck on the 8th floor with no one to report the fact there isn’t an iron. Shower pressure is next to nothing. Maybe it’s a gravity system and being on the top floor I have no pressure? Really not a good stay and won’t be booking again with this hotel. My first experience at a IBIS so not a good start for someone who stays away weekly for business. Sleep and being comfortable should be their mission. It clearly is not in this experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious with a modern feel and very quiet despite being opposite a building site and on a main road. The bathroom was a good size, and had a very good shower. There is parking onsite, though spaces are limited and this was reasonably priced for 24hrs. I would certainly stay again.

The Ealing location was amazing room was clean and the staff extremely friendly. My sons and I were traveling over for a football match and in the chaos I had thought I booked the Wembley Ibis. The staff there kindly held our bags until the event was over. Was thankful to know our bags were safe while we had fun.

Great for quick stopover. Have visited this one x 3 and all rooms have been reliably well-sized, equipt with basic tea/coffee making, hairdryer, charging points. Very clean. Extra large bath towels! Staff friendly and helpful. Not much of an atmosphere but served well. Room costs vary according to time of year/ day of week.

The location is fantastic as the hotel is just a short walk away from the tube station which has the Central Line. I absolutely loved that the hotel is film themed, the beds were really comfortable, the hotel was quiet, never any noise disturbances, it was very clean, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. The only problems were the fact that the hotel rooms are too dark so they need better lighting as well as better power points for the hairdryer. Also, there are no small hand sized towels, only big ones so take some small towels with you if possible. also, the full length mirror in the room has like a marble pattern across it which makes it impossible to use.
