“Stayed for a night and I have nothing negative to say. We were welcomed by Ibrahim who was lovely and did our check in and out. Room was clean and comfortable. Even though we didn't had breakfast there, the area for it was lovely even if you just needed it for work. Location is perfect! Walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants and stores. The underground is a few minutes away and you'll be at the city centre in just a few stops. Perfect place for an affordable stay.”

“Ended up needing to spend the night in London due to travel complications. We had an absolutely awfull day but we immediately felt better when we arrived to the hotel and were greeted by Phillip and the rest of the team ! The hotel was ridiculously cheap while also being clean and had everything you could need. Great bed and sheets, good TV, tea and coffee in the rooms, a bath ,a decent breakfast and a basic but very reasonable bar. Cant thank the staff enough as they were fantastic.”

“Really friendly staff on check in, and in the bar on 16th of November. Fast check in and all the information we needed. It’s a busy hotel but we slept perfectly. Comfy beds and nice room. They must have good quality sound proof as we never hear the busy road outside. Can’t go wrong from the price’s Travelodge are offering. Good location for the train station and Westfield.”

“Great stay at the hotel which was left for visiting the US embassy ( only a 5 mins walk away) service was great and friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable. I had a good night sleep here. The hotel is located next to a few bars which can cause a bit of noise disruption depending on which side your room is but luckily the noise subsided by 10pm.”

“Had a really great experience living here (2 years). The location is excellent with a short walk to the station and overlooking a beautiful canal. Close to grocery shops and the gym and lounge area were great too. The flat itself was very well designed and allowed a lot of light as well as storage space. The building management team - Jordan, Khaled and Nicole were always kind and attentive and helped to solve issues on time. Move in as well as move out was very smooth. A big plus was the multiple levels of security making me feel safe at all times especially when returning late. All of the security guards were amazing and did a great job. They always helped with any packages and it was always nice speaking with them. Martin and Godwin in particular were really great! Overall was a lovely place to live in!”

“It was a great place to stay, 6-7 min walk from Moorgate Station and just 2 min walk from VFS centre which was my main motive to be in london. They have 24*7 check in and it was convenient. They also have a bar and offers breakfast too at reasonable price. All the facilities were clean and guests were respectful.”

“The ensuite double bedroom we got for our holidays was humble, but clean and cosy. I was slightly disappointed the kitchen area is under renovation, but there was an electric kettle, fridge, crockery and cutlery in our room, so it was easy enough for us, to prepare some breakfast and light supper. The area is very peaceful, full of exotic shops, 3 minutes walk to Overground ad 7 to Victoria line. We got free tea, coffee, towels, the room was also cleaned during our 6 days stay. I'm very pleased overall, and probably will stay there again.”

“Location is fantastic . We decided to stay over after a visit to Lakeside and go out to the boom battle bar. The staff were all lovely from reception to the breakfast staff . “I checked in on Thursday 2nd November 2017, the check in was very quick and the male receptionist was very pleasant and most helpful, I found the same when checking out on Thursday 9th November 2017. The double room was very clean indeed ( decoration, carpets and most importantly the bed sheets, the bed was very comfortable too ). The bathroom was sparkling and housekeeping staff were very helpful from day one. The freshly cooked breakfast was excellent as was the service, the staff were a credit to Arran Guest House. The Guest House was very convenient to all public transport ( Mainline station and several bus routes ). I enjoyed my stay and could find no faults with the service of the excellent staff, so much so, I intend to return early in the new year. ( It is my pleasure to award Arran Guest House 10 out of 10 for the excellent service from all the staff including how they maintained the internal and external of this lovely property )”
